I had it since it came out works great runs smooth battery only drained down to about 95% in the nearly two years I used it at times heavily gaming. So yes it’s a good phone, recently switched to Motorola razr and passed it on to my mom. Just bought the iPhone XR again though since I cracked my razr phone. Certainly the XR could handle running smoothly another 2 years in my opinion

Idk if I should get the iPhone Xr now or just wait for the iPhone se plus/3 to release and get one. I've been using Android phone for around 7 years now. And I think Xr would be better if the iPhone se will have touch ID rather than face ID.
The XR is still an amazing device and will be supported with updates for years to come
