I fucking love Syncopation, It brings me energy and at the same time an emotional wave. I don't even understand most of the lyrics yet I can feel the emotion it's supposed to convey, which is amazing. I can't help but throw my fist in the air at the same time as the girls. Such a powerful song. Great breakdowns, it's just perfect imo. That's my favourite song of theirs by a landmile. "Come on guys jeez. Fucking prick. And it's Moa too... I love Moa. This song is so freaking energetic and soo good! I'm glad, I bought the special edition of "Metal Resistance" which not only had the complete MetRock 2015 set on DVD but also this kickass song on it! And even after all those years, I freaking do not freaking understand why this isn't on the freaking western release!
Recently during the song Kagerou (formally Tattoo) they have had all three girls on stage before it was just Su. And the Kami Band gets to show off but yeah from what I have been reading these shows have all been kick ass! I would have to say so far either Kagerou or Shanti is my favorite. Also excited to hear the song Su said was her favorite it has the singer from Sabaton in it. Seems like lots of awesome stuff is coming soon. Ok now that I'm done ranting…… #BlameRoger!

⚡ 💀 💕 / 🎶 💕 Su is such a great frontwoman. And at 21, I hope we'll get to have her leading BABYMETAL for a long time to come. I thought we had covered the situation with the support dancers in 2019, but here goes. They announced at their first concert of the year, at Yokohama Arena on June 28th, that a dancing support role would be rotating between three new "Avengers". They are Riho Sayashi (former Morning Musume), Kano Fujihira (currently the Student Council President of Sakura Gakuin), and Momoko Okazaki (a Sakura Gakuin graduate). Kano has only appeared at two of the concerts on this tour, both in Japan, but both resulted in official music videos. Riho and Momoko are alternating on the US tour, to rave reviews. As of tonights show in Dallas, Momoko has done six US concerts, and Riho has done five in the US.
This song was on the Japanese verision of the last album, whereas the world wide release had From Dusk To Dawn insted. The song was concidered to Japanese for the western market, and was only ever played live in Japan untill they played Brixton, London in May. So now the hope is that it will be on the new album. It's not the dancing they they are against. It's that strange thing that happens to thier mouths, they start to curl up and not down, like a true metal heads mouth. So they can't handle the Kawaii so have to throw thing at the person that is causing it. It also happened at an award show in London, just as they were walking off.

As for the Boston thing, looking over the videos it looks like the cup probably got knocked out of someones hand and it just ended up on stage, it doesn't really look like it was thrown deliberately, and it went to Momoko Okazaki, one of the rotating "avengers". Kano is 15 and has only done Japan shows this year. Momoko and Riho swap out back and forth randomly during the US shows so far. I was in KC and Chicago and it was Riho both times, she is amazing. Momoko looks awesome from the fan cams I've seen and I am sure Kano is great too but I've only seen her short appearances during the EV and PA PA YA music vids.
The group is called Sakura Gakuin. There are three girls to stand in for Yui. They are not going to replace Yui. The three girls are known as The Avengers for some reason only known to AMUSE and the Fox God. I think the current USA tour is using only two of them? You touched on why it is so emotional watching the earlier BabyMetal performances with Yui, plus Mikio from the Kami Band. We have watched the girls grow up and I think Mikio, was in the very first appearance of the Kami Band or has been one of the longest serving members. Very difficult not to feel sad. The tour is going well as you said and I would love to see them. I hope the LA Arena show will be as good as the epic Japanese shows.

Hey man, Avatar fans don't need to show their ass like that. Drunk ass Beantownaahs! And while I was less than happy with the BM show in ATL (cuz Avatar is simply THAT good live), I would never dream of taking out my frustration by throwing things, heckling or other manifestations of general asshollery. :-) Instead, I had one last bourbon and left early. If they had sounded this good in person and Yui & Moa were still together singing real backing vocals and the energy was half as good as Glastonbury back in the day, no way I would have left early. Still love them for challenging all preconceived notions and the general metal paradigm, but they didn't live up to my personal expectations live. I hate it, but it's true. Just a little correction: Sakura Gakuin is not a show, it's a group. 'idol' in Japan is nothing like American Idol or something like that.
I guess it can be confusing with all the clips from stuff like _Sakura Gakuin SUN!_ and _LoGirl_ and _SakuSaku_ and so many guest appearances. :D

I wonder if you could react to AImyon's "Anata Kaibo Junnai Uta - Shine" acoustic at the Budokan.
It's not rock but I think she is a very good artist with a variety of different catchy songs. Her vocals are always raw and she plays with a band live even though she is really a "pop" artist.

Hey man, Avatar fans don't need to show their ass like that. Drunk ass Beantownaahs! And while I was less than happy with the BM show in ATL (cuz Avatar is simply THAT good live), I would never dream of taking out my frustration by throwing things, heckling or other manifestations of general asshollery. :-) Instead, I had one last bourbon and left early. If they had sounded this good in person and Yui & Moa were still together singing real backing vocals and the energy was half as good as Glastonbury back in the day, no way I would have left early. Still love them for challenging all preconceived notions and the general metal paradigm, but they didn't live up to my personal expectations live. I hate it, but it's true. Y'all going to both Band-Maid shows in LA?
