    Great video as always! I will be in NYC this weekend. Can you recommend any shine places that are open on Saturday and or Sunday?

      Hey Mike. Good question. I have no idea. Have never worked Sat or Sun. Check and see if Eddies is open .

    Well, there is a big improvement in the shine, but once again disappointed in the lack of lace removal or saddle soap cleaning. Wish he had done more....they're nice shoes.

    They don't think they can easily get tipped more for lace removal, actually going above and beyond. That always keep customers coming back. I understand if there is people who are waiting but it did not sound busy 😪

    He didn't shine the tongue under the laces. Fail in my book
