you really got into your cognacs I can see! Learned about grapes I have never heard before! Well done! And cognac is still readily available. Is there a cognac hype in your opinion?
Only the hype I'm creating hopefully lol. This De beulon was particularly interesting with the bready note. Not something i have seen before in a cognac. Makes me think there is certainly more to cognac than meets the eye, and it maybe something to really look out for in the next 10 years. (if they are experimenting?????) Cheers Luna
