I appreciated your comments today. When considering expansion, spiritual growth/ consciousness. The " big aloneness, becomes the BIG-ALL-ONENESS." I am always respectful of organizations (i.e) A.A which has a principle stating that our public relations policy is based on principles above personalities. Mutual aid, and attraction rather than promotion. Every member is equidistant from the centre. Regardless of socio-economic status, religion/ culture. The value of "sharing " in a safe space with others suffering, struggling with a chemical addiction to alcohol, know as no one else could. This creates a bond, unites, and welcomes anyone who is willing to take the steps, and share with fellow members. Each one grows spiritually in so many ways and on so many levels. " The bond that links us to our true family is not one of blood. But of mutual respect and joy in each others ' lives. Rarely do the members of one family grow up under one roof. " Richard Bach All anyone can ever share is our experiencem strength and hope. No one causes alcoholism, can control or cure the illness. It is evident that the empowering philosophy that is the foundation of the A.A. programme has and continues to provide mutual aid to those who walk the walk " One Day at a Time " .
