It's always a benefit, and learning experience listening to your video presentations! I took away some different methods that you applied in studying for the exam. I just started this course yesterday, and I have the identical green book you presented to reference from, along with the use of other online tutorials to reinforce the memory recall. If by chance I get struck, I'll reach out to you. Something tells me you'll get me right back on the path of success! I hit he bell and like button for you. Take good care my friend! Joseph
Thank you so much. JKS, how long did you take studying (days and hours) for the exam? How did you set up your study schedule. It sounds as if we study pretty much the same way.
Thanks for watching! I don't remember exactly how long I took or the hours, but I'd say probably a solid month, I tend to try and over prepare because for me it isn't really about the cert but about learning the technology. So I spent quite a bit of time just messing around in the lab and making sure I understood the tools that were being covered. I'm not super rigid when it comes to a schedule or how I approach it. I just tend to put in a couple of hours a day reading, in the lab, and taking practice exams to test my knowledge.
I'm a basic user built my desktops configured internet networks hard drives replacing CPUs and I want to learn more. I'm just learning The process but can I take online courses and get certified that way through udemy? Is this the cheapest way to do it? or what would you recommend? I have aphasia which limits my speaking so I prefer not to take classes plus I hear they cost a lot. Thanks
Yo, I just got my Az-900 last week and I am quite excited to take another. I have since set my sites on the Sc-900 and really appreciate your breakdown for this test because no one else has really reviewed this on RUclips. Question though, has passing this exam enhanced your career a bit? Do you have the AZ-104 or did you mostly just do this because of your love for Azure. Thanks!
Thanks for watching! For me taking this cert was more about my own interest for it, I do get to use some of it within my job, but overall I would say any knowledge is a boost in general. You never know when you may need it, even if you aren't required to have it at the moment. I didn't do 104, not sure if I will. I'm more interested in the security/Identity side of things, so we'll see.
@@JKSTechLab Cool, thanks for the response. I believe I want my career to be in the Azure cloud and I'd like to be an Administrator like I am now. I really like provisioning systems, managing accounts, and conditional access, so getting this SC-900 and then the Az-104 should send me on a really nice trajectory when it comes to Cloud jobs.
Hi JK, I had purchased sc 900 official practice test through the URL you shared in your site. It was a one day license and I utilized it. Thank you for giving that link. Can you give a similar link for the sc 200 practice test, for 1 day license?
Thanks sharing all of the tips JK!
Glad to help!

I’m looking to take this one bro. I’m thinking about skipping over the AZ 900 and going for this one.
Go for it!

I haven't looked into any SC-200 practice tests, but you could probably find it at the same place.
Peace. How log did it take MS to send you the voucher for the exam after the event? TIA
I don't remember exactly, they send an email saying it was active. Maybe a week or so.
