this opening and song is relaly good but IMO it does NOT match what we just witnessed lmfao. as a manga reader i was totally rooting for this episode ending to be a somber song or even none at all.
It doesn't match the end of the episode, it matches the entire episode as a whole. A wild ride full of emotions. Just like every ending captures the episode's tone, so does this one.

Yep. I was expecting Unravel level of sadness but I danced while crying instead 0/10 mid anime
From a relaxing slice of life to horror gun scenes into action into sad death into a banger ED. Truly the Chainsaw Man experience.
