Still best Battlefield ever made. I remember how much fun i had with it single and multiplayer. Visuals, sounds all these soldiers voices are incredible detailed and immersive. All gun models and souds are almost perfect, you feel like you are holding gun in your hands. I don't know why, but battlefield 4 doesn't give that feeling. My finger is crossed for BF 5. More realistic, more metal heavy unique feeling guns. Not this kid crap with amblems, and gun blue or yelow guns...

However, as the old consoles weren't powerful enough to run the game in the original state, the textures were thus made worse, and the blue tint was added to compensate. As for the Titan part of your comment. Yes, Titan's are powerful, though not the most powerful. Plus, you can only push textures too a certain extent.

As a console gamer, I just can't go back from the 64 player madness of Battlefield 4 to Battlefield 3. I almost exclusively found myself playing Close Quarters just so it would seem more hectic.

When. everyone says I'm up it feels realistic, this is the type of thing that made me re buy bf3 for PC rather then get 4 for PC as they both have multiplayer but when I played each on console I had fun when I was playing 3 Like I was a marine I think the story writer of 4 and hardline made the mistake of making it about a 1 man army type story or when they were a squad they relied on you In 3 my in favoured missions are also like this and I'd prefer to just do a walking simulator with no shooting and just aiming down sights in case of an attack then the massacre of millions
So realistic 10/10... not It was an amazing game though A fully realistic game would have you choking on the crappy smell of the smoke from your own gun, and hot shells raining down hitting your leg and burning, forcing you to drop your gun and brush it off. Also, weapons can jam, bolts can malfunction, and you have a set amount of health and it takes quite a few bullets to kill someone.
I am the only one who thinks that this alpha footage looked better than the final version? It looks and feels very refined; that slick sprint animation, prone movement and hud.
My god the memories. The DLCS for this was worth buying everything about this was worth it. That last second theme song/buzz still gives me the chills. The dlcs on this were amazing cause each dlc added something new with the 10weps and maps, back to karkand added better destruction, close quarters added HD destruction, aftermath added earthquakes which was amazing imo and the map design was top notch. The last dlc was amazing aswell tho

Nathan Jacobson Agreed. They use the bolt release cuz it's faster more efficient, and thats what matters when reloading in combat. Still, i dont see why they changed it in-game when they already had it made and ready. If you look it was also a very different animation style. It almost looks like they got a different animator to do the animation that they have now. I really wish they'd used the one in this demo :( Being an aspiring animator myself, i look at this kinda stuff alot and it sucks that this really cool reload was completely thrown away

After all these years I haven't noticed that the LMG has infinite ammo he reloaded it twice and it said zero
DarkshadowXD63 well becuase the dice developer tested every single thing except they get themselves unlimited ammo becuase they're developers and the reason they test it is to see if it was better like no bugs

@@dantem4119 on an empty magazine the bolt will lock to the rear, so its quicker/easier to just hit the bolt release

I remember seeing this for the first time in 2011. I was absolutely BLOWN away by the graphics and they still look good in 2020. Damn.
I wish the actual game looked like this, it was close but the destruction, smoke/particle effects, gun models, all look better.
