Salt Dogg DC Auger motor disassembly

Taking apart the Electric motor that runs the Auger drive assembly on a Slat Dogg SHPE2000 poly insert spreader. This motor stopped working due to a wiring short.

any problems with the spinner motor. my carbon brushes came apart from the wire and i can't find replacement brushes... any ideas? helpful videos btw
