Love moustache edp, so classy and elegant and for the price it's an absolute steal! can get it under $50. The fragrance gets way better with age too, you let it sit in the bottle for a few years and it becomes so smooth and refined inside the bottle, ages so well and keeps getting better the longer you have it
Rochas -> pronounced correct Roschas with a „sch“ like in Moustache It’s pretty good but tuxedo is quite different and after a few hours it’s just sweet vanilla In my opinion the opening is the closest to tuxedo then it’s just get sweeter and more vanilla heavy. Tuxedo on the other hand is more Smokey and it last for 8-10h.
I have a 125ml at the back of my cupboard somewhere. Got it around 4 years ago. I wasn't impressed with performance but may have changed over time. I currently use The Tux by Maison Alhambra. that's excellent.
its opening is similar, yet at mid rochas more powdery vanilla, yet tuxedo sweet soft smoky vanilla more prominent. Both of them is beautiful in their own way
I have luvved Rochas moustache edp for yonkels. I have never smelt Tuxedo to compare but I feel it stands on its own (i.e. a twist not a clone) and a great bank for buck addition to any collection. I think Tuxedo has many clones as it is if someone wants a closer attempt. I tend to use moustache more in the fall or winter.
love your honest review. but I have bottle of rochas moustache and it project very strong for the first two hours and longitivty is incredible. definitely value such perfume

Yeah it's not a strong fragrance. I've only heard good things about Turathi Brown, but I have not tried it. Do you think Turathi Brown is closer to Tuxedo (scent wise) than Moustache is?
The tuxedo stands on its own for originality and the richness in the dry-down is incomparable, The Moustache is O.K. I never thought of that fragrance as similar to Tuxedo.

For the price Moustache is solid 9 .The bottle 125 ml is 33 bucks absolute steal.

It’s good but doesn’t replace tuxedo because of the spicy notes it has, it doesn’t have the warmth of tuxedo

Moustache edp is one of my favourite date night fall/winter fragrances along with encre noire a l'extreme.
Love Moustache, I wanted to try Tuxedo but in the end I decided to spend my money on Coromandel.

@@rottenrebels maybe like 8-8.5. A lot say it’s closer than Rochas. Most times the best clones or twist come from Lattafa, Fragrance World or Emir.
