Honestly, I never realized that bowser is kind of insane, I mean, princess peach hates him, but he can’t see that. He even tried to kill her in this movie, when he was like “then we are breaking up right now!” still can’t take a hint. And even if he succeeds at marrying peach, he’d take over the world for some reason. What a psycho.
He definitely obsessed with peach. Which is the reason why peach rejects bowser.
Not to mention blamed Mario for ruining his wedding when he seems to conveniently ignore the fact that Peach did it and Mario didn’t show up until after he was frozen in ice.

I love how this song never gets addressed within the plot or shown to any other characters. It's just... there, and is hilarious.
One way they could bring this song back in the sequel is having the characters in a situation where they realise they need help and then they ask "But who?" And then it cuts to this
