what type of media can i print in 2 side ??

I'd had success when first running these, but lately I can't get side B to line up correctly. I'm using the same rip used in the demonstration, and there's no problem reading the black bar that the printer uses to align for side B. Can't get a banner to match up from one side to the other though. It's close -- only about an inch off in the x (or length) direction. Side to side (y or width) I'm within an eighth of an inch, so that's no problem. But I use this to do pole banners occasionally, and in that case, I can't afford for it to be so far off. Any ideas?
