With the full respect brother This video you make for the beginners who don't know Sanskrit how would they understand this video. At least you should be added hindi Or english substitute. I am also interested in sanskrit
@@etikagupta3159 wo alag baat hai. Korean ke liye subtitles chahiye warna kuch samajh me nahi ayega lekin Sanskrit ke shabdo ka gyan sabhi Indian ko thoda thoda hota hai. Isliye agar subtitles a gaya to koi effort nahi dalega kyuki jo thoda thoda sun ke samajh a raha hoga uske nuances par koi bhi effort nahi dega aage.
@swarnadipmitra1095 aise kayi words hai jiska na hi means pata hai na hi kahi mil ab ye sikhne me badha ban raha hai baki nahi sikhne dena chah rahe to mat subtitles na hi lagne do dimag na khao tum
Great initiative to start a Sanskrit podcast! But don't you guys think this video should have atleast had captions in English or Hindi? I mean a beginner wouldn't have any clue what you both are really talking about.
What if your sanskrit isn't fluent enough to understand? Surely the people wanting to approach sanskrit learning would need this in a language they can understand first ?
No not at all. In fact there is a very popular tutorial by Samskrita Bharati called Learn Sanskrit through Sanskrit. It doesn't take the help of any other language.
It depends on 1) how a language is romanticized (urdu had poets who wrote about love while hindi poets write motivational poems which induce fire but not love and depression. People like poems about lovesickness, depression not not motivation of harivansh ray)and 2) if the language sounds sweet. A language sounds sweet and better to use for poetry if 1)it has many vowels amd less consonants and also ends with vowel(like sanskrit ः) but urdu does it idk how. 2)Words should be short, i hope people who are making new words in Sanskrit keep this in mind 3)if compound words like kri, stri, "sanskrimanan" are less, people like to say haasil instead prapt or beti instead of putri or kitab for pustak (this is a small example i hope you get it). 4)a language is denoted(and romanticised) by a script, for Hindi its devnagari. Hindi is not much witten today because of english imposition so it has not devloped good calligraphy(unlike arabic and chinese which have best calligraphies) despite it being 4th largest script being used. I am trying to create devnagari calligraphy in cursive(modi script) , arabic and chinese style. Hindi needs people invested in art like Bengal. Please also, find some good calligraphers if you know any **Urdu has words for feelings(aarzu, ada, mauhallat, aafat) which are missing in hindi , 1st thing which should be done is finding words for it, start reading hindi songs and Urdu shayri(from jaun elia, ghalib etc) and come up with words keeping 3 points in mind. Search - Sanskrit works like meghdutam(love sickness) and languages like Brij, bengali(high literary culture) and other regional language which has more sanskrit can be taken for inspiration. Like bengali uses hRidoy instead of dil, or lanksya instead of manzil, jug for zindagi, kaaya for qamar which are nicer than urdu because it is short, has more vowels, ends with vowels, and less less compound. Atlast, make shorts which expands our vocabulary in hindi with daily life words and words that can be used in poetry. Also please sir keep uploading such shorts, with informal sanskrit, it makes us feels that sanskrit is not a robotic language. Textbook vs real life. This is just my suggestion, i hope you see this comment. you have far more knowledge than me. I have written poems in engliah but want native lang(magahi - dialect of hindi) has different feeling but don't want to write in urdu but have found these problem. I can't do this all alone 🥺 Please sir look into this, thank you in advance
Urdu is not even a language. It is just Hindi where you have taken out the sanskrit based nouns and supplied it with Persian nouns. If you take away all the Persian nouns from it what's left is Hindi.
I just love how two dudes are talking in Sanskrit and laughing like it's so normal. I so much want this to be the norm. Thanks for these videos.

Namaste! I wish to learn Sanskrit ancient texts. How can you help me?
First learn the language. It's like trying to learn classical music without knowing saregama

There are subtitles

Why तो तो ? What is the Sanskrit word? And और
अतो
तथा
तु is the Sanskrit word for तो
