I too faced same situation. I ordered Asus Tuf F15 gaming laptop i7 12500 series, with exchange offer. Post exchange the net amount is around 64k. The product was delivered and exchange was done. 2 days later i received a notification from Flipkart that the amount had been refunded as the order is cancelled. Delivery agent came to our house and was asking us to pay Rs.80000. I called customer care and they said they raised a complaint and i need not pay the amount till 27th of June. But I had to argue with delivery agent and his manager who are blaming me. I said I've given exchange and after three days you are asking me to return the laptop or pay extra amount. I will not get an invoice as the order was cancelled and i was worried that il not get any warranty. So I asked the delivery agent to collect the laptop. Now he is asking me to pay 80k and he will give me invoice. I posted all this in Twitter and tagged in Flipkart ceo. Today I'm supposed to get a call to make payment from customer care and then il get an invoice. Situation like this happened twice in past 6 months also. When I told the delivery agent that I'm aware of the Flipkart scam and i tagged consumer forum, he remained silent and agreed to give invoice
