TWW Alpha Brewmaster Monk builds... NO OX?!!?!

I played around with the monk trees to look at some potential raid and M+ builds to see what kind of diversity we have in the trees. Yes, I think we can go no Ox builds. It has a real chance to be viable.

Tuning obviously plays a big part but a no Ox build excites me since Ox hasn't been good since like Legion lol. It's been a long time since I've been excited to try and Brewmaster build. Just kind of speaks as to how the talents for the spec have been the past 8 years.
