I think the video tutorials are a good compendium but the flamenco guitar needs to be studied with a Maestro who follows you step by step. Each of us has a different hand shape and arms of different lengths and therefore there can be no single way to place our hands on the guitar. i recommend you to start with tradicional flamenco and then study the modern one
