सर नमस्कार!
प्लीज रिप्लाई जरूर करिए।
1-सर किसी की सिर्फ बैंक में एफडी से लास्ट 5 वर्षों से ब्याज प्राप्त हो रहा है लगभग 40 से 50 हजार जिस पर बैंक द्वार 10% टीडीएस काटा गया।
इनके द्वारा कभी ITR नहीं भरा गया इसलिए इनको टीडीएस की राशि रिफंड नहीं हुई,
अब इनके पति के ऑन ड्यूटी निधन के कारण इनको पेंशन + ग्रेच्युटी की धनराशि वित्तीय वर्ष 2022- 23 में प्राप्त हुई।
सवाल ये है कि क्या 10E फॉर्म भरकर लास्ट 5 वर्षों के एफडी ब्याज के टीडीएस पर इस वर्ष रिफंड ले सकते हैं???
समस्या ये है की इन 5 वर्षों का एरियर एक साथ नही मिला बल्कि प्रत्येक वर्ष ही मिला लेकिन ITR न भरने के कारण रिफंड क्लेम नहीं पाए।
ITR की लास्ट डेट नजदीक है इसलिए रिप्लाई जरूर कीजिएगा। धन्यवाद।

Form 10E Filing For AY 2024-25 ka hai kya
I have filed previous 3 FYs tax in old regime. I received arrears of those 3 years on May 2023 (FY 2023-24). For FY 2023-24, if I file tax in New Regime, can I get the u/s 89 relief?
Deductor not issued/share any documents. Only amount showing in 26AS.
Kindly advice how to file?? Please.

Total income after all exemptions and deduction or only total income.?? Let's say if employer not provided detail of HRA in form 16 and many other exemptions like medical expenses, LTC then?? What will. Be the total income ??

सर अगर कोई कर्मचारी new टेक्स regime के अंतर्गत टेक्स में नहीं आता है लेकिन 2 लाख सेलेरी एरियर आने के कारण 7 लाख से अधिक हो गई है क्या new tex regime के अंतर्गत 10 e का लाभ ले सकते है या नहीं plz sir बताने का कष्ट करें।।
