I'm surprised Team Blue wants to limit housing development. Gotta keep those prices unaffordable to anyone without millions of dollars I guess
City knew what they were doing. They are changing the neighborhood on purpose. How many large duplexes does it take to inflate those taxes where those families have to move?
SOME BODY IS GETTING A KICK BACK.
City's fault.
Low wage, not my job, low importance, low who cares…
Gentrification? The permit department knew the changes and skirted them?
U go girl…..
Soon dallas wont have any affordable housing. These duplexes are probaly getting rented out for $3500.00 a month.
