a bit of discipline for sure but over time all of the behaviors and drinks become habit. good interview, but IMO flashes of stock footage are distracting... keep it simple, message is the thing tx
She seems to have basic humbleness not vanity about herself which is great but why are her goals traveling and all that. Since when in history did masses of people travel for personal fun? Why not prioritize spending time in local nature around you? Why not hope that her son finds a good girl to marry and then feel joy for her son and his wife and subsequently as a grandmother? Why was her "regret" that she couldn't go do "girl's night out" which involves drunkenness and possibly sexual activity without securing male commitment? She looks like a normal healthy 55 years old not 36. Nor is she aging backwards. But she will likely live to be a centenarian because of all her good habits. Good for her but falsehoods in this area that one can "age backwards" etc. shouldn't be promoted.

Because it makes her happy and new things increase dopamine. Both related to high quality of life.
