Most food RUclipsrs are terrible, that Max the Meat Guy knows nothing about meat, at least not the edible kind. And his pal Lisa Nguyen is just as terrible. This guy does know how to cook.
@@yitzchakepstein2142honestly, i would take the denser bread over super airy for an application like this. Personally, I don’t much like these kinds of sandwiches to have holes the size of quarters in em - plus the denser bread gives a better chew.
I love how much care he took with the onions. They are such an amazing food to me. They seem to only get better as you cook them longer. The green tomatoes were a nice touch as well. And that dipping sauce looked incredible. 10/10 for the whole sandwich
