H.C. Indeed lovely and deeply moving. This is what I want to feel from Kirill, but i just don't get this kind of deep feeling and sensitivity from him. Its not hard to see when a partnership has real warmth and sensitivity to one another and isn't trying to be technically perfect but focused on creating a beautiful meaningful story and chemistry. For me Rumba without this vital component is meaningless and not worth watching, because I want to feel something not just see something. I've said it before, technique is where the excellence of dance is but artistry is where the beauty is and a truly great dancer must have both in equal amounts. Look at dance history, ballroom, ballet or what ever style there are few if any exceptions to that rule.
@@joetesta8754 I love this performance. Parts of it is unique, like Sasha on 0.52-54 which is particularly beautiful. She is more shy and tender than other girls, she is an artist suited for a show like this, and Klemen in this dance is particularly clever in partnering her. It is beautiful. And genuine. The highest form of dance is show, at least on the same level as competitions. You see it in Slavik and Karina og Troels and Ina. People like Riccardo and Yulia and Kirill and Polina and Salvo and Victoria are typical competition couples, who consistently perform well in competitions and reach beauty and drama in competitions. Maybe Klemen and Sasha should concentrate more on shows. So that this tender and shy woman can amaze the world even more every year, together with her partner Klemen, who here is not hard leading as in competitions, but gentle and strong. I love this show, and had I been in the room, I had got everybody to rise to standing ovation for this beautiful art.
