as long as you’re not paying retail or more for reps .. minor details aren’t that big a deal.. someone will have to literally take it off your foot to know.. how many people are going rip your shoe off your foot lol😂 but the reps are coming out looking exactly like authentic shoes now so you can’t tell jus by you wearing them
I’d rather pay retail for reps because those usually are high quality than pay the resale value

Hey great video, big ? What about the insoles on the back is the dream cell/ Size. Is it engraved/punched or is it look like its got like a smooth square back ground around the lettering almost like maybe a stamp?

Does the color of the newspaper vary ? The newspaper color on my pair that came in from GOAT looks a little darker than in most pairs that I’ve seen online.
Also, does the pointed A mean that it’s legit 100% ? Or do some reps also have it ?
Yo idk about the A thing I just got a pair from goat also. Took a awhile, they look good but when I really look at an I noticed 3 things now idk on back of the insoles the letting isnt like punch or engraved or its I got like square smooth outline almost like stamp, the was a flag , my tabs could be quality control but one has like five stitches wide 1 is 7 stitches wide, lastly im not sure if the stitching above the swoosh b4 turning to the shoelace eyelet. Is typically at least 2 full stitches. Like if u look at another jordan 1 in hand u know is retail soon as it crosses the swoosh typically there 2 stitches, so im skeptical , i wish i had a pair to compare to right now,

Biggest flaws I see is the red is different on reps. Everything else looks good.
Red leather varies on this release because of how the material was died

lol i know this is a running joke but no. these factories are big enough that they have their own children to make their own shoes. They dont have to borrow nike's
I get when things get into the over $1500 range why people may have to get reps which I still wouldn’t, why not just not get them but for a shoe that can be got for $500. I just don’t get it save up an extra $300 and feel good about having the real deals. Be able to say I have the real ones and not be stressing about people calling you out. Everyone on the rep videos talk all this ish about not caring and it being dumb to buy a $500 pair of shoes while pretending to have paid for it by wearing them? I know nobody would buy reps and wear them to a sneaker convention it’s all just justification for not being able to afford something it’s crazy to me just save up I promise you the leather quality is different and they’re going to break in differently and wear differently.
Shit sounds stupid. $150 dollar retail shoe isn't worth $500. If you saving up to buy a shoe your priorities already fucked up.
I don't mind reps. What I do mind is people trying to pass them off as real and pricing them as such.
