Henry Quartey is the type of politician I never thought I would see in Ghana.
You see how he handled the part where the host asked him about Agbodza's claim of the initiative being unconstitutional? The average politician in Ghana would have condemned Agbodza and probably say he knows nothing. But no, he referenced the constitution and handled it like a boss.

Ghanaians must come to a conclusion that in years to come the capital will have to move or restructured , Accra can be the economic capital , and the administrative capital moved to and area about the size of Tema but not a region . Best location will be an area demarcated out of and bound by savannah ,northern, bono east,Ashanti ,Easter and oti region . It should be under the control of a military development authority ,to control development .

This man should also take the sanitation minister's pay as well. He's doing more for sanitation than the actual minister.

Is the Minister going to order the removal of kiosks in front of houses, so those areas can be greened?.
    Also what about noise pollution?.

All sounds good , one more thing though “ everything is possible if only you want it” so Henry Quartey please don’t say the way our roads are designed you don’t think it’s possible . Well done with your plans , now we wait for the implementation!!!

What could really help traffic is to tar the rough roads and have more than one access point to key areas to redirect traffic from choke points e.g Flower Pot Roundabout on the Spintex road wouldnt be as bad if some roads in between Rasta/Bush rd and Flower Pot rd had more connections to the part of Spintex rd from Shell sign board to 18 junction.

Traffic in Accra can be regulated. Cars with non Accra License plates shouldn’t be allowed to the city from specific time of the day. This is been using in lots of countries where cars with outside city plates can’t be allowed into the city during rush hours. But in this case the city has to put in place the public transport system.

A system like that isnt a solution just aggravation for tourists/travellers coming from the suburbs..fix the rail and bus systems.

Honourable Minister, we need your help in Dzorwulu. Certain residential areas in Dzorwulu have not asphalted. Specifically, Botwe Dzorwulu Street. The Street hasn't benefited from patching or complete asphalting for over five years. Consequently, the street has seriously deterioted.

I think we've to take a look at how to redesign and develop the railway system especially within Accra.
Since everybody wants to get into the city from various angles within all the districts, that desire is creating traffic pandemonium all round and it's not healthy to enhance business activities in the economy within the region. The proper atmosphere needs to be created to ease movement of people and goods.

Some GOV. ministries should be relocated to other regions to depopulate Accra. . AGRIC. COCOA HOUSE.. and a lot of GOV, offices should not be in Accra.
