Don't you mean Richmond 2017-2029? Bolton did the same to allow Pickett to hit up Dusty to set up Pickett for his goal. Daniel Rioli also does these all the time whenever possible. The best and most exciting and selfless team in the league by a mile.
Yeah that 2019 finals series, he played in 3 finals: he averaged 19.3 possessions and kicked 12 goals, averaging 4 goals per game. Accurate too..he kicked 12 goals/2 behinds.
@Spencer Radford Franklin is well passed his best and Lockett was just a thug, I believe there are players just as good as Dusty but the two you mentioned definitely aren't sorry champ
Danger, Fyfe and Cripps are as good as Dusty but the difference is they can be B.O.G and their teams can still lose. If Martin plays well the Tigers always win. He's the biggest matchwinner in the game and that's coming from a non-Richmond supporter.
I think as he gets older he should just be in the forward half or even half forward could be perfect. Then when he wins the one on one its a shot at goal. We have Cotchin Prestia Edwards ..and 4 or 5 fast young guys like Rioli Ross Bolton and Balta for the future so lets get scoring value right now. There's no reason why he couldn't be switched into the middle if he was needed to get us going in a bad start to a game.
As a tiges fan I agree this was overhyped in the commentating. I think BT is simply trying to keep the call entertaining in what was clearly a clinical blowout.
We played one of the best teams in the comp i guess. I don't know if Brisbane and a wounded gws are in that group just yet. You're right though. He's incredible

“Play of the game” is legit a horrible excuse of footy, he doesn’t attack the ball and waits for it around the back, and he gets any normal goal and the commentators lose their minds
Dusty Used to be my favourite player but now I kinda hate him because he wins the norm Smith medal from nothing well this year was kinda fair but 2017 no Houli should’ve and since he won the grand final I hated em I think it’s because Giants never won or been in a grand final
Hate on me but Dustin shouldn't be this popular. He has been banned multiple times for hitting people for NO reason sometimes. He is good but not as good as Fyfe, Cripps etc.
@@Stackssss i think cripps has the potential to be better but it's too early in his carreer to say that yet. I don't think anyone could pay much better than dustin did back in 2017. Cripps has had almost as good a year this year without help but for me it's too early to say that he's definitively better. I think we've probably already seen the best of dusty while cripps will only get better with the team developing around him. As a tiger fan i would agree that fyfe is a slightly more gifted player in most areas but i still wouldn't trade dusty for him.
