I was quoted $100 to assemble 2 columns and a garland even though I am providing the balloons, but after watching this video I have the confidence to make a column myself for my son baby shower.
You definitely can do it! I just taught my aunt who isn't crafty in the least how to do this for a party. She did it with ease and was amazed at how simple it was!

I wish i had seen this a month ago. This is sooooo cute. My daughter would’ve loved it for her 5th birthday (first real bday party). Even though we won’t do a party every year, i think making this every year just for her at home would be a great tradition to start. Right now, every year on her birthday, i hang streamers on her door and blow up balloons to go on her bedroom floor. We may have to add this in as well.

I did it! I actually did it and was able to succeed by following your video. One try (okay two I guess because I wrapped the ribbon wrong first and had to unwrap it) and less than an hour later and I made a gold and red one for my sons 6th birthday! I didn’t have a pump or measurer so I blew the balloons up and eyed them but it turned out a lot better than I thought. Beautiful column for less than $5. Thank you so so much.

It absolutely breaks down something that looks so complicated into super simple steps that have been clearly explained and shown. Also appreciate that no special equipment is required. Hiya, I would recommend the day of as the fresher the better - latex balloons lose their shine after about 8 hours ... but if it works better for you the night before then do that as they can last a week or so! xxx

SO EASY and helpful !!! im not that artsy and i pulled it off quitr nicely.. only smal error i had is that i didn’t measure the balloons, but I did eyeball it good enough to where the whole thing wasnt COMPLETELY messed up

I got mine from eBay - it’s one side of a qualatex balloon sizer however you can get them from Etsy just type in balloon sizer they are a lot cheaper there! xx

Would you recommend i do this the day of my daughter party or can i do it the night before? I already tried it out the exact same way, and was perfect! Just wondering how long the column will last

I would recommend the day of as the fresher the better - latex balloons lose their shine after about 8 hours ... but if it works better for you the night before then do that as they can last a week or so! xxx

Thank you for watching! So they can lay about a week big of course the fresher the better - you can make it the day before .. latex balloons lose their shine after 8-12 hours mostly but it’s still fine nobody will notice !! xxx
