You should add kurasks to the list. With bones to peaches tabs and a herb and gem sack, you can stay for hours and hours and collect tons of alch’s and coin and herb and material pick up’s. Take the leaf blades axe for higher hits.

I believe it’s npc indicators, I have an option ticked as well to automatically highlight my slayer assignments. But I think you can manually highlight them with it by holding shift and right clicking any npc. Hope this helps !
A money making guide from a player with a sub-200m bank is like a 1-99 guide from someone with level 70 on a skill. Pretty cringe in my opinion!!!!! Still a decent video :^D
Ogresses are your best bet for consistency, though if you wanted to try your luck you could kill moss giants for minimal gp then try and get the essence from the boss which is 6m
