i totally get you about being alone during a trip... it is a bit anxious for me too, and i keep feeling guilty for not being happy ou curious at every moment .. i think is normal for us that knowing a totally new place and being alone in this case cause a different sensation!! but youve done pretty well!!! i just loved the vlog
i really hope you get to meet sally rooney one day! i met her by chance in a bookshop in dublin (just on a normal day, she wasn't there for a signing or anything) and she was so lovely when i told her i love her books!
I lived in this area during my degree and it’s strange in the best way to see you visiting all my fave old haunts. So glad you enjoyed your time here! ❤️
Another fab vlog. Love that you made a friend and talked books over a solo dinner. Books are brilliant aren’t they? Speaking of which, thrilled you visited The Common Press, a brilliant queer space that’s fundraising to stay open. Which it should as it’s amazing. I have Reservoir B!tches on the TBR, I need to get to it.
Such a cute video!!! I love that you are saying, I need to get some warmer clothes, cut to, us seening you try on these beautiful tops and really cute dresses 😂, and waue I love the "clown" suit 🥰 I have never really loved London, ive been there twice and found it chaotic, but seeing the London through you and the books intrigued me....
Heyy, loved the video! I am actually in London now and would love to visit the bookshop and other places. Can you mention all the places in the video, please!💖
You summed up solo travel so aptly when you said, "its lonely, but it's also a lot of fun." As a fellow Canadian who lived in London for Uni. I really enjoyed this vlog ❤
I don’t get the matcha hype either. I love green tea, the more it tastes like grass the better, but I cannot get behind the milky green beverage. Loved your London footage! It’s my favourite city ever. 🇬🇧
I grew up in London but, for reasons I won't go into, I haven't been able to visit in about 5 years, so it was really nice to get to see the city again through your eyes. I'm not surprised you didn't find it easy to make friends in the hostel, but I will say it's not like that all over the UK - London is generally known to be the least friendly city. In a smaller or Northern city - off the top of my head places like Brighton, Bath, Bristol, Manchester, Liverpool - people in the hostels likely would've been more friendly. I've had the best luck meeting people by staying in shared rooms, but it does mean you get no alone time which is difficult.
This was such a lovely video of London and made me even more grateful to call it home! Thanks for sharing, I've never even been to MOCO, but the Tates are great. I would also recommend the National Portrait Gallery/National Gallery for next time :)
I went to london to be an au pair as soon as I turned 18, it was my first time away from home so it’s always had a exciting but lonely melancholic vibe for me. which it seems like you also got to experience. But it is my second home now and watching this makes me miss it :)
Just came back home to the US from London and actually ate at the same Bao Noodle shop in Shoreditch! It seems like we had very similar London experiences :-)
Literally screamed when you showed you were reading Reservoir Bitches. Love Dhalia! And would love to know your thoughts on it! “Desde los zulos” is another great book of hers but I don’t think it has been translated. Hopefully soon!
I’m planning my first ever trip to London and was wondering what hotel you were staying at in the beginning. What areas do you recommend staying at in London that are cute and chill but close to public transportation? What are you favorite bookstores in London?
The first hotel we stayed in was EasyHotel. It was pretty bare bones but also a semi affordable options if you're wanting to avoid hostels. The second, and significantly nicer hotel was Buckle Street Studios by Locke.
Your videos so peaceful . If you love to watch Moya . You can absolutely will love and , I highly recommend these : home with surok , Happy highland living , Johanna Clough , jessica miyuki , hitomi mochizuki , malama life , Kirin Camp , isabela juliana , , Karissa Love . 💁🏻♀️Have a great day ! 🍃🔅🌿

'I really need a jumper or maybe a coat' she says multiplectimes, and proceeds trying on sleeveless and crop tops. Love it 😂

I love your style, so as they say its very individual and you adapt to your inner self, that is what really appeals;)
Thanks for taking us along, Lauren! Glad you had such a great time travelling Europe.

Viewer from London here! I'm so happy you had a great time visiting here (love Spitalfields I always go there for lunch during work)
I'm already dreaming of coming back before Christmas to visit the markets! It sounds so magical
Cool trip :) The past 10 years I have not seen a transatlantic flight without an entertainment system. How bisarre it looks))
I think that is her flight to italy after london, not back to canada. It looks like a ryan air plane.
so fun to see london through your eyes! would recommend broadway market next time for some truly amazing bookshops!
I'm already so excited to go back. Thank you for the suggestion☺
Ahhh love your new style of vlog 🫶🏻✨

Just came back home to the US from London and actually ate at the same Bao Noodle shop in Shoreditch! It seems like we had very similar London experiences :-)

Have you stopped filming on your iPhone and switched to a professional camera for filming in your apartment? It's HD.
LAUREN!! :)
I'm so early
I found your initial comment about moya cute because I always watch your videos while having breakfast (like I'm doing right now) ☕️🤍
