To be honest Nothing is gonna chng by doing this absolutely nothing to those who cheat in exams they will do the same wdh this format as well n even the fraudsters gonna earn more by leaking two instead of one ppr.... Bro there is no cutt off for mbbs abroad you can study abroad even after getting negative marks in neet just make sure you get decent marks in class 12.
