So, watched Lolo and the Kid today because I thought Sunday would be a great time to cry. Fortunately, it did not disappoint. Joel Torre was spectacular as always, but Juan Karlos Labajo was the scene stealer towards the end. It's a rare talent for any actor to convey so much emotion through the screen without any speaking line, just their eyes and JK managed to do that the minute he entered the hospital scene. The moment he entered the hospital and the camera zoomed in on his face, it was game over for me. I cried. He was really good. I haven't seen anyone convey so much emotion with their eyes since Enrique Gil, talented jud ang mga Cebuano. 👏👏👏 Definitely a must-watch. 💯

Watching the ending reminds me of my lola. It's just that time where I just love being with her. She always brings me food to eat. Go at the divisoria. And more! I was literally crying. I just couldn't hold it. It's like I lost someone again that moment. Feels like I lost my lola again...
