Besides that it's still very easy to see you when you're 'invisible', your location is literally shared on the map. The only possible use is against people who are half blind that don't use their map. Against everyone else? worse than useless.
The medallion is hit and miss. It depends on so many things. It works better in the dark, there needs to be other noise, the opponent needs to be on a low res device or not looking for you and don’t try walking over a hill top or you’re half green half whitish. It’s can be a pain if it’s the last person and they’re keep crouching behind rocks or in trees.
