New follower here. My boyfriend and I love cooking and we just got a portable Blackstone so I’m so excited for all the tips and fun tricks to use it!

I did my first smash burger yesterday on my new Blackstone. I have to say it was the juiciest burger I have had in a long time. I ALWAYS BBQ my burgers but my husband wanted me to cook them on the Blackstone...best choice ever. I did my bacon first and then the burgers and again...they were amazing. Thank you so much for the video.

I make Frisco melts with ground chicken patties and we love them more than the beef. I was a "crap I don't have any hamburger" deal that turned out better than expected! Do what you want. :)

My only complaint, is the burgers. I like to put mayo on the buns and toast those first. Its an absolute game changer. Love this channel!

I don't see myself switching the the griddle for steak. I just have crazy love for a reverse seared steak on my Weber kettle. But that chopped chicken gives me some great sandwich ideas!! And those shrimp tacos look fantastic.

Can you come up with a burger with blue cheese mixed into the mince ? Local butcher here sells patties like that, great change up ! It is getting more difficult to find beef with enough fat, I’m mixing the ground beef with ground pork, nice combo.

I’ve been wanting to try your nugget recipe but haven’t gotten to it. We don’t do a lot of smash burgers but it looks good. But the bacon ranch chicken chopped cheese…. Nah dude.
Ps. Three of your recipes that i think should have made the list. Bang bang shrimp. the honey chipotle fried chicken sandwich. People that ‘weren’t hungry’ were asking for more and your salmon and caper sauce was really good.

I’m glad I came upon your channel, I just got a Blackstone a few days ago and so far have made bacon smash burgers and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I’ve been looking for videos for recipe ideas but as someone who has been cooking and grilling for decades I was a little frustrated with most of the videos I’ve watched as being too basic and love the fact that you go the extra mile and include sauces and what not. My mouth was watering over those shrimp tacos but unfortunately I received a shellfish allergy for my fiftieth birthday lol but I’m definitely going to make them but substitute fish for the shrimp. You have a new subscriber in me.
