In this video we will tell you about the possible changes that are being considered to include them or not in the new Spanish Immigration Regulations with the aim that people who want to emigrate to Spain can obtain a Spanish residence along with a work permit to work. with papers in Spain and at the Ciezari and associates law firm we are going to comment on it.
We must clarify that all the modifications that will be mentioned below are only proposals that are being evaluated and will only become official until the new Immigration Regulations are approved and published in the Official Gazette of Spain.
The proposals that could be included in the new Spanish Immigration Regulations are:
1.- Establish a single residence permit with the purpose of simplifying the number of residence authorizations in Spain.
2.- Determine that all residence authorizations due to exceptional circumstances such as social roots, work roots or family roots have a duration of 2 years together with a work permit to work with papers in Spain.
3.- The aforementioned work permit in applications for Spanish residence due to social roots will depend on the following variables:
a) If the work permit was requested by presenting a work contract, then the residence permit in Spain will authorize working both as an employee and as a self-employed person.
b) If the work permit was requested by starting up your own business, then the residence permit in Spain will authorize you to work only as a self-employed person and not as an employee.
4.- Admit that a teleworking contract can be presented in the application for a residence permit in Spain due to social roots.
5.- The possibility of eliminating the automatic approval of the work permit when the student visa application is approved is being evaluated.
