Bin washing machine is an automatic washing and drying system for bins and other types of containers used in the pharmaceutical industry. The bin washing system automatically performs comprehensive washing and drying run based on a process recipe.
Features and functions:

The bin washing equipment with pump station, air supply unit, cleaning and operating control systems. Place the to be cleaned Bin in the cleaning station with open lid of the top and lock the wheels of the Bin. Insert the cleaning devise lid to the top of the IBC Bin in which is in open condition and ensure the lid properly fit to the Pharm Bin. Then, set the washing procedure according to the process requirements.
Fill the reservoir tank with cleaning agent (as required) and start the cleaning cycles as per procedure. After cleaning cycle is completed drain out the solution through the discharge value which is provided bottom of the Bin. Dry the Bin by applying hot air through discharge valve which is provided bottom of the Bin. After drying is completed stop the hot air supply and wait to attain room temperature of the Bin. Unlock the cleaning devise lid and place it in the designed place. Unlock the wheels of the Bin and pull the Bin from the cleaning station. Keep the cleaned Bin in the cleaned area or it’s designed place.

It is also widely used in health product, foodstuff and chemical industries.
Working Principle:
This equipment is composed of wash, dry and control systems. When operating, the washing cover installed with rotating washing ball is raised to the desired height automatically by a lifting system to connect with the bin or container. After that, start washing procedure to automatically wash the inside of the bin or container. Outer surfaces of the bin or container are washed manually by the operator with a high pressure water jet. After washing procedure is completed, start drying process to dry the internal surface of the bin or container.
Polishing:
a)All surfaces in product contact are free from cracks & crevices with no sharp edges or crevices which may impede proper cleaning.
b) Internal surface：mirror polish, roughness ≤ Ra 0.4 micron
c) External surface: polish with roughness ≤ Ra 0.8 micron.
d) All welds within the equipment are flush ground. All other welding be brushed and fully cleaned.
Safety:
In the event of equipment malfunction or failure, the unit contain all necessary protection devices to ensure that the equipment and the product remain in a safe condition.
