I paid off my mortgage ( 30 year mortgage) in 14 years, but since it’s an older house I have to spend money on home improvement projects, but at least I now have the money to do it. Once that is done I can concentrate more on investing

They destroy lives. Distract from responsibilities and create unhealthy obsessions with fictional characters and environments... He was right. Hate to say it but he was right.
