absolute bullshit im playing tennis since 7 years and can certainly said that power not correclating with muscle power its all about feeling of the balls direction and timing of your acceleration plus freedom in wrist working it cannot be pushed through your muscles by that you will add just unnessesary force to your ball he is doing these exercises to increase his gravity and ball feeling to accelerate racket faster and faster meet the ball

I didn't even understand it until I saw Novak played Federer at the USOPEN when he was 17yrs old and lost. Then I watched Rafa played Roland Garros in 2005and won his first Slam 😂. I've been hooked ever since. But I dont care about Novak anymore. His behavior on the court has put me off. Sorry
