Hey Natasha… if you want to keep your oven clean, put another piece of parchment paper over the bacon. It will cook exactly the same and still be crispy. Give it a try. Thanks!😊
I do this, but I put raw bacon on cookie rack, which sits on lined cookie sheet. Bake it.. Then I strain the oil and fill up strained oil into mini cube tray, freeze the cubes, release the cubes and put frozen cubes into zip lock bag and freeze. Then I have little individual cubes of delicious bacon grease to use whenever I want.
I cook mine in the oven too. Instead of parchment paper, I use my broiler pan. I put the bacon on the top part of the pan, and the grease drips through the holes to the bottom part. Make sure to use the bake setting on your oven, not the broil setting.
I do it a little differently. I place foil on my baking sheet, lightly spray with Pam cooking spray, place bacon on sheet and place a piece of parchment paper down over the bacon. Cook at 400 degrees for 18-20. Then flip bacon over and cook another 3-5 minutes. I do it this way so bacon grease doesn’t splatter all over my oven.
I agree with adding a sheet to cover the bacon. That keeps your oven clean. I’d think twice about the foil on aluminum, unwanted chemical reaction possible.

I have been baking bacon using this method for years and I think it's the best way to make a great bacon, it is supper easy, no need to flip it, nothing, and gives always the best results.
Cover with Parchment paper. Stops grease from splattering. Doesnt affect bacon at all. When it’s done remove bacon from standing grease. That’ll help keep it crisp. A little more into the prep for oven method once the task is done and then m the oven it’s hands off til you eat it. Air fryer is dope too!
I love making bacon this way. It's soo good but a friend won't bcuz she says the bacon grease splatters and makes a mess of the oven. You gotta clean the oven eventually so that doesn't matter.
I do my bacon at 400* for around 12 to13 min. If you cut the bacon in half, while it's still in the packaging, it will shrink less. I have no idea why, but it shrinks less.

This is one of the greatest work from a bacon I have ever seen especially on 17:24. I am currently crying so hard right now. This is seriously the most beautiful, well put together story ever. I can't believe how magical it was 1:12. That part truly made me shed a tear. And especially at 6:34 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can't forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can't be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. The work put in to this is incredibly inspiring. The graphics, the animation, the music, so much thought was put into it. This has remined me that you can do anything you put your mind to. Not even mentioning the memories, this makes me feel like an infant again, just laying my eyes on this beautiful masterpiece gives me all the good feelings in life. I also understand what happiness is again from this. Not even to mention the most incredible part that is 2:10. Bacon spinning has changed my life for the better. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I've come across in my life, and I'm definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece, I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the bacon go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul, and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state, I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. So much great graphic design, so much suspense, so much greatness in this one video. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on, gotta move on, as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational, it shares it vast wisdom with all of us, and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on bacon. hail bacon. hail bacon. The spinning bacon, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such a bacon do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the bacon spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the bacon scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any bacon I have ever watched. The acting by any bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 57:42. I am crying. This has made me go through an emotional rollercoaster. I cried, beat off, and also watched a movie while watching this premiere. This has made me go through so much. I passed depression because of this. It really inspired me to become an outstanding young man. Thank you.
I've been "baking/broiling" bacon 🥓 😋 for years! You are so right on, Natasha! Delicious this way, just watch it cook so you don't overbake it. I learned that the hard way. Oops.
Hope you enjoy
You should and a cooling rake with this so your bacon isn't sitting in the grease
Oh wow… I’m jealous!! Now I want Bacon 🥓💜
Go for it 😊
Awesome idea. Get more cooked in less time, too.
Thank you so much for sharing this because I'm tired of the mess from cooking bacon and it pops me in my face and on my arms.
I hope this becomes your new way of cooking bacon 😊
@@Natashaskitchen I cooked 2 pans of bacon yesterday morning in the oven and it turned out so crispy and everyone loved it. I also cooked pancakes on a griddle

First really smart, and I actually thought she dranked the bacon grease. U got me there Natasha!
You make my ❤ happy Natasha!
I’m so glad to hear!
If you had said, "Fear not, I let this cool down first ... mmm, bacon grease is the BOMB!" I'd have given a standing ovation right here in my humble abode.
Ya that works in a 14000 dollar oven. I did that and the edges were trashed but middle wasn’t touched
Cooked it like that for years but I put a cooling rack and lay the bacon on that when cooking it.
Sounds perfect!
Drinking "bacon grease" was hilarious. You got me good!
Lol
I'm so relieved she saved that bacon grease 😌
Of course 😃
I find the oven dries it out too much for me. For me stove top in a pan works the best. However oven is good for larger amounts.
I seriously said “Now why the hell would you drink that”, just before she said just kidding. Definitely got me 🤣🤣🤣 great video 👍🏽
Would using foil instead of parchment paper make the directions any different?
A slight sprinkle of black pepper adds another dimension
Natasha you are so funny and so doggone cute , besides being an excellent cook
Thank you!
Love this method ❤️
You mentioned to cook the bacon between 15-20 minutes, but you forgot to mention what temperature to cook at?
She saved my day when she caught that Bacon grease. 💗
Love your cooking videos so much!! I have made several of them and they are delish, and the fact you keep them simple is a big plus. Rarely make a complicated recipe. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you! So glad you enjoy my recipes.
Hahah! Thank you for being funny and surprising us.
I clicked off when you said preheat the oven
You crack me up lol I love your fun personality. You have a big fan from Palm Coast Florida 😊🌻
Yvette

@@Natashaskitchen 😊 do you have any flan recipes ?
