Il never forget hearing this song come onto the mysterious broadcast from big mountain when Father Elijah was talking to me about the "Ghost People" and "The Could" that surround the Sierra Madre Hotel and Casino. Sent chills all over knowing it was just the calm before the storm of a poisonous wasteland. The Cloud is what blankets the sky here... you may smell it in the air, copper and sulfur... burns the lungs and seeps into the skin. "Father Elijah".
Snoopy: [narrating] "Hello, ladies and gentlemen. How's everybody doing? Allow me to introduce myself. My name's Snoopy, the REAL star of the show. I've been on top of the world for quite some time, but I wasn't always the famous dog you know and love. The place is New York City and the year is 1950. I was just a scrawny street dog at the time who nobody knew the name of and probably didn't even care to know. I had a small bit of change in my possession and decided to get a cup of coffee at Fifi's Diner. It wasn't the most popular joint, but it paid it's bills. Mostly because of Fifi herself. She had the attitude of a pitbull, but the looks of a poodle. In other words, she was my kind of girl. As I was enjoying my coffee and dreaming of a better life, I heard a bang in a nearby alleyway. Now I'm sure any other dog with brains would've turned and ran away, but I was lightheaded that day. I got up and went to investigate and noticed a ruined collar on the floor with a patch of fur next it. On the collar, there was faded name. It said... Charlie Brown. I didn't know who he was at the time, but I thought he was really important. When the police arrived and asked me if I had seen anything, I told them the same thing I just told all of you. They told me they would give me a big reward if I helped them, I reluctantly agreed. They asked me what my name was and I gave it to them. Granted it wasn't the most creative name I've ever come up with, but it worked nonetheless. My name... was Joe Cool." To Be Continued... The name of the song and the Film Noir atmosphere that I felt from it inspired me to create this little detective story with Snoopy. I hope everyone likes it.
I mean, sure. Blue moon, ain't that a kick in the head, big iron, et cetera are all good songs. But this song is supreme. Maybe a close second is sit and Dream, but that never plays.
That little double time section kills me. It's so short, but I spend the entire song waiting for it.
When?
@@Thaligamathor Probably 1:28
@@miraclearranger6438 yes I can see why. Thank you 😊

That part reminds of Sanji's themes from One Piece. I HIGHLY recommend you check out "Sanji's Themes" here on RUclips if you like this song
Feels like I'm in a room with a bunch of gangsters, inspecting their machine guns and smoking cigars.
