The last one in ruins seems to be random. I tried at least sevent times without having the correct end area to find the log 😭

Really? Usually its just outside of the boss room. Well for me its the dig spot in oasis, i tried so many times finding it and get it on record.

Well the silly thing is, after I found all the data-logs, I just unlocked a gadget that can show them on the map XD
