Finally someone talked about the Make-A-Friend machine eyes. Of all the playthroughs I've watched, very few people paid attention to the middle machine's eyes. I noticed my first go that they followed you and it bugged me that no one even mentioned it.

This is a bit of a stretch on my part, but what if the middle part of the Make A Friend Machine is Experiment 1006? It's the only one whose eyes follow you, and the size of the claw in the power room seems to be a good size for whatever body it might have.
I reckon that's a bit of a stretch tbh, based off what the scientist at the end says - "his absence was a flaw... Should never have been ignored". The make a friend machine doesn't look like it could move, though the claw hand does look like it'd fit into the machine

@@dxugcarter6143 it means he either escaped, was let out, disappeared, or possibly wasn't involved in a larger test, but 1006 should have been there, as it made the test not work properly. It seems like they were fine with it happening and didn't believe it would impact anything though, as the wording implies they didn't put much effort (if any) into looking for 1006.
TL;DR: 1006 was not present for a particular test or time for an unknown reason, but the scientists didn't seem concerned until something went wrong later on and realised it was because 1006 hadn't been present.

@@Tericho ok this may sound far fetched but what if the hand is a symbol is the sub organisation doing these experiments, and the wonderful underneath the hand on the wall is actually a fellow worker mention how wonderful it is to work there, until the outbreak happened. It sound farfetched but it could still work

i just realised at 6:33 that at the start of the game, everything, or most of everything, were dirty or fading away (eg the huggy on the wall and the floor). but the 'welcome' was still completely in good condition, as if it had recently been painted on again. could that mean that someone already knew that the player was coming? its super unlikely that everything around that message was fading but it itself didnt.
Good eye and good theory that makes perfect sense since the player was invited back to the factory

3:30 the one that you called stella’s hand is most likely poppy’s hand. if you look at poppy, her ruffles around her sleeve match those on stella’s vhs tape. some people use this as evidence that stella could be poppy

Oh yeah! And Stella was a factory worker and she wanted to return to being a kid and she wanted to give kids the same fun experience as well, and the factory probably misunderstood her giving happiness to kids and made her into a toy to give happiness instead ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°)
I mean it is true since Stella actually wants to stay young forever
Also not to mention that Poppy and Stella have the same voice actor, which could be because of shortage of voices but it’s still an interesting touch.
I agree that Stella is poppy but I don’t think the hand matches poppy’s the hand on the vhs tape looks more like a sweater rather than the ruffles on poppy’s dress it could be Stella’s hand but it does not match poppy’s
Another thought, if the Make a Friend machine IS alive, maybe it was what opened the door to the conveyer belt vents.
The security system mentioned in the lobby doesn't seem to activate no matter where the player goes, but suddenly activates and locks down the room when Huggy enters. You, the player, are not perceived as a threat, but Huggy is when he's active. It wouldn't make sense for a door to open when a lockdown has closed the other exits (the stairs and the hall Huggy came from).
But if the Make a Friend machine is alive and saw Huggy appear & trigger the lockdown, it's possible that it overrode the lockdown on the conveyer door and opened it for you to escape.

3. The scientist also mentioned that exp 1006 never got hungry. And for those who think it’s huggy I want to point out that Huggy literally eats you when you get captured.

I think he doesn’t eat you. Is says, get up at the end of most text things before u respawn. It’s like ur unconscious. So, I think he is just giving us a hug as in one of his jumps are positions u will see him hugging air (the player) if u zoom out the camera with a mod then u can see that the player only has hands

Huggy could still possible be 1006 as it says in the game or trailer i cant remember which that 1006 just kills and eats for the fun of it, while the so called others rely on food
I believe huggy is the security system they were talking about in the beginning. They mentioned an alarm system that would go off, and then they mentioned something much worse. I’m 99% sure huggy isn’t the experiment, and he’s actually the second part of the security system.
Edit; also, to add to this, the security tape had to be put in by the player. Meaning that the nighttime security for the factory was never set or turned on by anyone before the employee’s “disappeared.” Huggy’s hand is also found on the first tape, which further implies he is part of security, or at least had something to do with it.
They also talk about many movement sensors, and huggy is always watching you... Until he tries to kill you.
Yeah. Huggy doesn't do anything until you are clearly doing something you're not supposed to.
He is just a friendly mascot waving hello to everyone entering the building.

im beginning to think the same thing, my only question is whatever happened to the said alarm systems? i don’t believe any alarms went off the whole duration of chapter one, why would huggy be the only active security?
It might be because the factory is abandoned and most of the power was shut off. I think this because the majority of the stuff we needed to have power, we had to manually turn it on.
theory: the huggy wuggy hand on the security tape is there to represent that huggy wuggy only attacks you because your breaking in
Yea huggy could be the other part of security that he was talking about, and I guess it went wrong and huggy starting killing the staff
@@smexysalsa5470 And maybe if experiment 1006 is huggy, then huggy might have been a security measure gone wrong, as Leith Pierre said that the emergency alarms and warnings being sent out were "tame" compared to other features
I don't think that at the slightest he might be just his own just mysterious what he is why he is there & stuffs I really think he just is exp 1006 cz we got to know that exp 1006 tape right after huggy wuggy's vent chase so it might be just showing it is him who we just encounter & in one of the death phrase it says exp 1006, isn't he wonderful? this might be writen by poppy talking about huggy and the reason she says that is huggy forcing us to get into that conveyer belt which leads us to poppy and that's why she is praising him and this death phrase was after we enouncter huggy as well and even if we die poppy will revive us we r back to where we were almost every death phrase says get up and so ye that's my theory the reason why huggy is chasing us is to get us to poppy and we have no other way so he is just forcing us to go with that vent and another reason why he is forcing us to is cz there are words saying stop, you regret it and stuffs so player might change his mind but he has no choice since huggy is forcing him to go in thr

Something I’d like to point out again, in the opening cutscene to the game, it talks about how the factory is offering tours for $3 per person, which is really cheap for a place that made the first “living doll.” They probably did this to lure people into the factory for experiments, fund their experiments, or both.

I was so irritated when a lot of youtubers didn't even notice the eye following them hearing you make a theory about that is heartwarming
it's scary too how in the trailer for chapter 2 the machines eyes are staring at the vent, where the player last escaped out of the machines sight, almost expecting them to return 😨

I am fairly certain that whoever killed the catbee will show up in the cctv later on. Either as a shadow for a slow reveal or quite possibly moving around other cameras.
The scary part is, it could be building up, not to chapter 2 but the finalé. But first a theory:
What if this creature dragging off catbee is not only eating it, but is the experiment with the skeletal hand? Not only that but is a character we've not seen?
Think about it, each chapter has a character we know from the walls and advertising, but a good twist is if the final enemy was not only revealed bit by bit on the ARG as the chapters come out; but it's a breand new character never seen before; the first success. A creature all the other characters fear, one that is neither a toy or a human; but a monster?
That is an idea that is worthy of a Game Theory!!!!!

i have 2 theory about this.
first, i think maybe a big catbee (our enemy in chapter 2/3/4 idk xD) killed the small ones to make himself disappear from the mind of ppl or something like that ! we saw him a lot of time and he's litt the toy who's unlock the door where huggy is chasing you so maybe he wants to be forgot to be able to do something ? i don't think this theory is real but who knows ?
my second theory is that all the experiments (huggy, catbee, the dino etc etc) are not "friends" at all, maybe they are enemies as well ! they are primitive in the way they are thinking as we can see, they don't talk, they don't seems to be able to do a lot of thing and they are just evolving in their environnement (they are not building stuff or creating things, they just.. use what they have aroud them) so maybe the "thing" who killed that small catbee is another experiment who's trying to kill each other ? like animals and territory ? and that's why we saw only huggy, cuz we were in his territory ? or something like that !

I don't know if anyone notice this or it is just me but your character's height change at the moment you take the grab packs, your height suddenly decrease... For comparison the moment you trying to unlock the door the panel is slightly under your head/ at the shoulder level but after left the room with the grab pack the panel seems to be above your eyesight.
The grabpack could be heavy, causing the ex-employee to slouch from the extra weight.
It's probably just how the developers made the Grabpack work in-game with the camera.

@@mythicgrapeyt2739 not really, your fight or flight instinct would most definitely kick in hence why we are able to run so fast once we're being chased even with the grabpack
A couple things I have noticed is that 1) in the "gift shop" area, there are no Kissy Missy toys, 2) none of the Huggy Wuggy toys are bloody (made before the xperiments?), and 3) of the other toys that we see boxes for, there's no dead Candy Cats in the factory or hanging by the door leading to Poppy. I find it very curious that the only dead toys we find are Bron, Boogie Bot, and Catbee.
ETA: Also, I have worked in a factory, though not for toys, and it's really weird and not economical to only have 1 machine to make ALL of your toys. That may not be the only assembly machine, just the one they showed on tours to make them look like a fun place to work, like Hershy's Chocolate.
Really interesting and kind of relieving to see someone else touch on the symbolism of hands in their video. I was really nervous and embarrassed about bringing it up because nobody else seemed to be talking about it and I felt like I was just being stupid or going crazy. But they were everywhere and I couldn't get it out of my head- I almost tried to talk myself out of it and tell myself it was just pattern-seeking playing tricks on me, that it wasn't important because I couldn't find anyone else talking about it, but seeing the website covered in hand imagery when it went up really solidified their importance in my mind again.

I just realized, so I have been following the arg with Tericho and occasionally checking it myself. But if we see a dead cat bee it had to be alive then killed recently to produce that much fresh blood. So there are still live employees lurking the factory even though we only see dead ones.
It does say "we're still here" in the note. Plus... we made the catbee doll in the make-a-friend section. I think that's the catbee WE made, finding its way through the factory... and getting killed.
Here's one thing I just thought of when I thought of the player being a doll. The player gets chased through the vents, or something that is similar to vents. Sure it could just be for kids who come, but why let kids run through something they could get lost in or find poppy in the first place? If the vents were really the same size that regular ones are, wouldn't it take someone very small to be able to past through them? And the toys all seem to be such a big size compared to you. When looking back on the tape at the beginning, you see that the person polishing poppy's shoes have bigger hands than the player, thus saying that a regular human is bigger than the players are.
Also, if you look in the background of the scene with the make a friends machine, boxes are being moved on a conveyer belt which is strange because the factory was shut down years ago so shouldn't everything be turned off and out of order?
I personally really hope we don't turn out to be a doll, toy, or something similar of the sort.
Nah that doesn’t work because think about it. The doors in the beginning and the stairs in the make a friend are human size because if they weren’t we would technically be in a doll house. The vents are big because look at the size of the toys they make. Catbee is the size of a 4 year old. Those vents are for the toys to pass through but are big enough for a human to squeeze through

You always manage to find things that i miss, even i don’t have the game and rely off of gameplay it still amazes me how many interesting little bits are in the game!
relating to the hands, i think it’s also helpful to think about the direction the hands are facing. with what we presume to be stella’s, we see it from her perspective, and it’s positioned like she’s trying to block something or someone. the skeletal hand has the palm facing towards us, like it’s trying to grab us. the crane remains somewhat neutral as it’s not towards or away from us and is just aiming down. huggy’s palm is facing towards us but not in a way that feels blocking. i think it was intentionally made to look like someone giving a hi five.
considering this it’s almost like the human and skeletal one were made to be opposing each other. same with the crane and huggy’s hand. a lot of people theorized that the worker in the crane vhs tape was turned into huggy (and that the scientists turned stella into poppy); perhaps the crane was used in that transformation. this helps me get to my next point.
the purpose of each hand, or more specifically how they are used in this first chapter, also might hold some significance. if we see the position huggy takes when trapping us, we see his hands and arms wrap around us to hold us in place. we see that crane hand, or one similar to it, used on poppy in the maintenance video (which is how it might’ve been used on that worker who people theorize was turned into huggy). the skeletal hand is just kind of there as is the human one.
i feel like the skeletal one and the human one might be one in the same; one just obviously has less flesh.

See, let's assume he actually has this playful personality, BUT-
He was given this murder instinct by the people who made him, that he can not really control. So it results in him not being able to express that "positive" part of himself in a "healthy" way so to say-
He was made to be a murder machine and he can not change that. He was seen as nothing else but a tool even though he is actually much more than that, but he can not show it because of what he is, what he was made to be.

Theory: the reason all the toys are after you is so they don't get attacked by project 1006 and if they don't get you they'll get killed instead and project 1006 is mommy/the mom poppy talks about. and that's why we see dead toys everywhere because they weren't able to bring someone else

the dead toys is most likely to do with the adoption/kids theory thing or the theory that the staff were used to turn into the different immortal dolls
Something that I've realised is that on the green VHS tape, it states that there are extremely sensitive security messures hidden around the factory. But there never are. The only security we see is the small cameras in the corners, but they are non-interactive and purly seen as decoration. So maybe some of the security has died away over the ten years without co-workers and staff, but I don't think all of it would if it was as extreme as said to be. Maybe I'm digging to deep, meybe it'll never be mentioned again, but it is still noteworthy.

I'm going to comment here because it's more likely to be seen lol but this was before watching this video: I noticed three things when watching some of these videos and reading comments. 1: when looking at the letter that tells you to "Find the flower", "were still here" is a different color then the rest of the letters. Now this could have been just some sort of design thing to make the letter look cooler, but out of all the theory's I've read and watched no one's commented on it. I don't think it was written by someone else though, as you can see the letters are written in the same handwriting. The first e in "we're" match the one in "Flower".
The next thing I'd like to mention is, when watching the video, it was stated that the workers have been missing for 10 years. It seems like we're the first to try and uncover this. Why? If it's been 10 years, for sure other would have tried to uncover this discovery. What if something, or someone, on the outside is trying to hide it? 10 years is surly a long time for something to just now be investigated.
Now I'm not too sure about this one but the blood on the toys and just, everywhere. If it's been 10 years( and we're assuming the blood is from them) wouldn't it be more dried up? I haven't looked much into that though it was just an observation.
After watching this video I realized it could have just been the lighting that makes the color different, but still weird to me.
About the second 1, yeah it’s weird how it’s been 10 years and literally no one’s even attempted to go inside and, shouldn’t whoever wrote the letter (assuming it’s not Poppy) should’ve contacted the police and not some random ex employee?

The most interesting thing about a Make a Friend Machine, as for me, is that the middle machine look at us with confusion and suspicion (or maybe even with shock), like it can't believe itself that it's actually you (the player) right here

What interests me the most in these 4 hands is that each hand symbolizes a different "kind" of character, man, machine, (claw marks) animals, toys, maybe they also symbolize the toys that are in this factory, I don't know

The note that we find at the beginning of the game is presumed to be have written in a rush, maybe when the disaster happened, but how did they know it would be 10 years until we find it?
When you said that there could possibly be more than 1 poppy, i thought about how there couldn’t be just one poppy, because they were selling Poppy to many people. They wouldn’t make an add for just one doll, and if they were, they wouldn’t be selling it for $5.99. The one in the case may possibly be he original.
the poppy dolls theyre selling aren't necessarily the same as the real life human poppy we see in the game, they could just be actual communication dolls that talk to you which is a normal type of thing, and the poppy in the game is the only actual real life poppy and she was just used for the advertisements. e.g. the Chucky movies - there are multiple Chucky dolls, all of which still are interactive, however there's only one real life Chucky
More hidden things, wonder what more we will find out when chapter 2 comes out…
The hand you think is stellas actually isn’t, its a hand of a poppy doll, you can see this by 1. The sleeve is similar or the same as one on poppy in that vhs, 2. The proportions are so off for the hand, the fingers are too short for that big palm/base, even with a childs proportions that’d be off. 3. It doesn’t look like it has the texture of a human hand, it looks like a hand you’d see on a doll. similar to my second point those are the proportions you’d normally see on a doll. These preceding points are all evidence i use to confidently state that hand is not actually stellas, but a poppy dolls. It COULD be one of stella as the doll so technically you could still kinda be right.
Comparing the hand to my own, the portions actually seem fine, the hand also seems to have joints which poppy and most dolls don't. The cuff also looks like it's a straight thick cut like on a hoodie or some sort of thick material shirt, maybe folded making it look thicker than it actually is. Where as poppy has a thin material with ruffles, like you'd see on a doll
Is it just me or the hand scan to get into other rooms and places only seem achievable by someone as tall as huggy wuggy?
unless its a sort of security measurement where only staff with the grab pack we're using can use it, so that random visitors or kids can't get in
I still think that there is multiple Huggies, I feel as if the original Huggy seems to be helping you and playing as it sees you around the factory. Meanwhile there could be another sinister Huggy that wants to kill. It's a toy factory, there are probably multiples of the characters we see.
Another theory could be that the CCTV is showing what's happening while you are still in the game, you the player just haven't got to the parts that are running. But it does make sense that the CCTV is playing what's happening after you have played through Chapter 1.
I don't know if you have seen the enhanced brightness photos circulating round of the CCTV in the Huggy Room, there seems to be a children's building block thats shaped like a bridge, its yellow and large near one of the doors, you can make out what looks to be something sitting on the building block (Could be our eyes playing tricks) but yeah a cool thing to look at.

I actually had a theory that huggy is a real conscious person, and the scientists have somewhat programmed him to immediately kill anything on-site. However, Huggy still has free will, and can still control himself somewhat, only killing you once you get into a certain proximity to him. I like the idea of two huggy’s (huggies?), but I think it’s just one huggy with some sort of multiple personality-type thing that is a result of extensive experiments on Huggy. I commented on another video somewhere that I thought huggy was just trying to hug you when he’s chasing you, but the scary vibe he gives off just makes you wanna run away from him.
I truly think that Huggy is just a poor soul who has been corrupted by scientists and Playtime co
@@mukdekek5694 oooh yeah, I like that, that's a good theory. It would make sense alongside the theory that they are taking people and making them into toys. I do think that Huggy is just playing around when he's hiding, rather than taunting us.

What if HuggyWuggy isn't acctually trying to kill us in the chase scene, something within us clicks or fails and we faint. And while we 'wake up' Poppy tells us all the little cut screens we see.
I also think its practicly impossible that we are human any more due to our height, and when connecting the power to the machine you can jump from the top and sometime take fall damge while other time you don't, no normal human can survive that jump and still walk like the character can.
I agree! The only thing I could say about the fall damage is game mechanics. Like when you get shot in the face in a game and heal it with a bandage, or a green herb healing a slash from a licker.
But I still firmly believe there is a good argument for us being a doll.
it is possible for someone to survive a jump like that, it all depends on landing etc, same way cats can survive jumping from big heights and be completely fine. stunt people literally do it for movies, jumping from heights is also used in different sports and choreography. the ad for the game also says that huggy has a digestive system therefore was designed to eat/kill to eat, however huggy doesn't need to, so he just kills for fun

The hand of 1006 make me think that it isn't will be in their toy version that we will see them :
- The hand look burned
- The reason why we are so weak is that our skeleton may be in part broke or not enough strong for us to grab big things.
And it actually fit pretty good at the therory that we are 1006
- It could explain why we were not in the factory before the letter : they could have remplace us by another toy after some sort of fire. The fire could be the reason why we are alive.
- It could also explain why the person say that 1006 is dissaspear at this moment. We were left or someone put us away
- It could be the reason why Huggy doesn't kill us at first. It couln try figure which one of the toys we are ?
- Maybe the reason why we left is that we maybe though we killed every one. Find out we didn't and now they ask our help because what is the thing who make them afraid is wrost than us.

I was thinking this too but when I toddler mirrors you, they do the opposite hand so it would be as if you were looking in a mirror. Huggy does seem pretty playful and more like a toddler.
Actually, huggy was standing in front of you. When you stand in front of something, the right and left are reversed from the thing your standing in front of’s point of view

I can’t be the only one who gets reminded of Annabelle when looking at poppy like they’ve both got:
• red hair
• are locked in a case
• are supernatural
• and both possibly use red crayon as a form of communication if it’s true that poppy is the one writing these notes

Since I made a mistake on my previous comment let me say it here, the reason why the character doesn't have a reflection is because there's no character model, in first person games modeling the main character, a character you'll chances are never see, is just plain wasteful, and can cause problems down the line, making it hard or even near impossible to make specific character actions(like crouching) work. To make this work many games just remove reflective materials, while others make a cheeky reference to your character being a vampire, this one chose a shadow effect to obscure the fact that your character doesn't have a body, and is just a floating grab pak
If you use an camera glitch you can see that the "stair way to hell" is actually fully modelled and behind the door is an actual stair case going down to nothing, this is interesting Because nothing else is modelled which we wouldn't see

I think it gets activated when you turn the power on for the make a friend machine... it could be loading toy parts to go in the machine
been loving these videos so far! i have some thoughts on some things i haven't seen people talk about yet, so i'm dumping them here in hopes someone else has been thinking it too
on the last vhs tape before the scientist is (presumably) killed you hear the death sound from when you get caught in game but obviously it's not you on the tape (unless it is... but that's a whole other can of worms lol) which leads me to believe thats actually huggy's teeth/jaw unhinging which is a HORRIFYING thought
also! when you're in the make a friend room and you jump from the place that you complete the circuit you sort of take fall damage? like you move slower, there's motion blur, and the ankle breaking noise which seems to me like there's gonna be real fall damage in later chapters, they just made this one not enough of a fall to truly hurt so the player wouldn't accidentally kill themselves but i think it'll probably end up with a scenario where you either have to jump rails to get away from an enemy or that it'll prevent you from using that as a shortcut during a chase

The fall damage one is tricky, because to me it sounds so artificial, almost like we aren’t fully human. But then we know that Huggy is very heavy and he certainly suffered from fall damage if you get my drift.
It could also just be that the developers didn’t have a better sound. I would expect a person to gasp/moan/yell at the very least from a large fall.

i have my own arguable theory that exp 1006 might still be huggy, for one reason that you didn't represent in the video.
my theory is that the skeletal human looking hand actually represents the death of exp 1006 aka huggy and that it's his skeletal hand, since when we listen to the tape we're able to hear 1 singular scream from huggy as he massacres the entire factory, and that scream is iconic to huggy's since we're able to hear it every time we get caught by him. hence that's the reason why i think it may be talking about him..
and as to why i stated that my theory is arguable is for i'm just as unsure as to what have made the hand in the staff's room. since we for sure know that huggy's hands arent that big.
unless it may not be a mark of some toy who made that carving, but only a some sort of graffiti type of thing made by a toy or human to most likely represent something for us the players to figure out.

Hello these are cool and I can’t believe I didn’t see some of these
The metallic hand (from what I've noticed) doesn't have 5 fingers that bottom one is a arm not a thumb.
Also it's not multiple stairways saying 'to hell', it's the same stairwell both times. You do an entire loop shown by a youtuber named Toxic, who does a bunch of poppy playtime glitch videos. The place you open up with the Catbee is where the blocks where at the start.
3:50 so the skeletal hand really looks like a talon like that of a bird (if so that would technically make it a foot but that’s splitting hairs) for the most part when the thumb of the hand is that far back it doesn’t really work right as a hand anymore, you tend to see the thumb been that far back when evolution is making it into something like a dogs paw and the thumb becomes a dewclaw or vanishes completely like in the structure of a horse’s leg.
Actually that just triggered a thought, so I was going to add “”or in the case of a talon were it’s only real job is to grab things as the fingers have lost there dexterity”” when my brain was like wait? That picture at 3:50 each of them “”hands”” has one thing in common there designed to grab stuff (the human been the odd one out as it can do more) the crane hand can only grab stuff, the talon can mostly grab stuff with limited manipulation abilities, same for Huggys hand then we have the human hand that while it can grab stuff quite well been the most advanced it can do lots of other things but it’s base function is to grab, now it could be that I’m seeing a pattern were there isn’t any and I’m overanalyse it but that’s most of the fun but it is an odd correlation of ideas if it isn’t what the devs planned.
Tbh I don’t think it makes sense from a story telling perspective to have the most important experiment show up right at the start, so I don’t think it’s Huggy 🤔
The hands each have a different number of fingers. The skeletal one has 5, the human one has 4, the machine one has 3, and then there's Huggy's which has two (the thumb, and the part of his hand where the fingers would be).
There had to have been more than one poppy right? In the tape at the beginning the guy says you can buy a poppy for like $5.99 or something, and there wouldn't only be 1 doll available, then you'd make like $6 of profit

a thing that I noticed in the game, with the bone hand VHS tape, the background sounds and screaming almost sound like there being fused or terned into toys in the make a friend machine, at least it sound like it to me then smashing and screaming, I don't know if I'm only one who notices this but would like to know thoughts on this.
One of my theories is that you are a doll (from on of his earlier theories) and you are the one that send the message and vsh tape off, and have 'returned' to the factor to try and deal with the mess.
Also another theory I have are you are the breakthrough that the scientist was talking about in his vsh tap, right before he died (?) he says "I'm not worried about me, one more breakthrough and I'll be back" leads me to believe that you either are the breakthrough, will contribute to the breakthrough, or are the scientist and either survived or had a breakthrough (possibly turning yourself into a toy?) and have returned to deal with experiment 1006.
Hmm interesting theory there but we cant be the sciencetist cause he was kill ed in his tape and everyone had died so no one could turn him into a toy but btw good theiry

But if you look back at the picture of huggys hand on the VHS Tape Video is the exact angle of huggy raising his hand in the lobby of where you first meet him.

I just want to point out how huggy wuggy never attacks you right until you CREATE A TOY. You see him throut the game with a lot of chances to hug u but does not.
i feel like it might be safe to assume that he different colors of grafitti we see around the factory each belong to a specific person, maybe even the “coworkers” we see hanged in front of the poppy. like the color elliot is written in is more related to the text of the same color, rather than it all being related regardless.
The eyes following you around the room was already in the game when it first released. It wasnt added in the game in this update, it was already in the game
I don’t get why so many people think 1006 is Huggy, LISTEN TO THE LAST TAPE. These developers are very talented so why would they make part of the lore so obvious (Hint: They wouldn’t) in a game full of lore, just think about it people.
More than one Poppy isn't a bad idea. I mean, There are multiple Huggy toys(in boxes) and one on display (the big one). There could be a chance that there is a different sized Poppy doll. More human adult sized. If so, then perhaps maybe the toys we've seen before are going to be future threats
I think the player is another Poppy. The Poppy that you see in the maintenance video who gets their voice box removed. That's why the player never makes any sound and also the reason you'd need the grab-pack because Poppy's arms are tiny. Just a thought.

I also had the idea that Experiment 1006 was the protagonist and that the protagonist is also a toy itself, and they gave us free will or something that prevented us from going to work that day, and since it was the day of the experiment, our absence wasn’t accounted for and caused everything to go to heck. We are the factor meant to fix everything, since we weren’t there in the beginning

Speaking of hands, when the power is restored, and we open the door we see Huggy's hand. Not sure if that has more meaning to it, but I guess it should be said.
I also think, that there's a possibility, that we (the protagonist) killed all the toys/employees at the factory. That's why Huggy tries to kill us. Like the scientist said in the VHS tape, "Any future experiments will be contained and disposed of in a secure locaton" meaning Huggy is trying to correct the mistake by killing us. It's also probably the reason why Poppy is "confused/shocked" that we opened her case. I don't know, I just think that would be really interesting.
Huggy being "playful" at the start (before trying to kill us) can be just him like checking, if we are there to kill the last toys, and then just deciding to kill us. And the Make-a-Friend machine's eyes following, may be because the machine is shocked/scared to see us again.
I've noticed that Poppy's eyes look,,real. Like, not in just the way they wanted to make her seem like a real girl and stuff, but you can see how it looks like a human eye. Like someone is in it/in control. Idk. Just weird to me
So I notice something I just realized in the ARG. So when we leave the room we meet huggy in we go left, right. Looking at the blood where Catbee was it's going to the left that's where the door with both the blue and red hands is that we couldn't go back and open and you mentioned something sinister in your new video. So I am thinking maybe the reason we weren't allowed to go there in chapter one is that experiment 1006 is behind that door. It's just a theory and I feel like there is more to build on.

Just an additional thought that might not be seen. It would be very odd for huggy wuggy to be experiment 1006. Experiment 1006 is in the prototype phase, is not a finished product, and still needs to be tested further. Huggy Wuggy, the creature that chases the player and not the smaller toys, is a finished product. He even has his own little stage and description on a plaque. He's completed. Therefore, it would be very odd for huggy wuggy to be experiment 1006. The nature of the two and their names contrast each other. It's much more likely that huggy is part of the security system. His placement in the factory, an area that leads to the rest of the factory, and his ability to access the rest of the factory without using conventional paths, mainly the vents, make him versatile, a trait that would be very useful for protecting the factory. That's just my two cents. Take it as you will.
