This is technically my third time watching this video. Twice in the stream this video was first revealed in, and once here on RUclips. I'll have to watch it a 4th time when I show this video to my brother though. Not going to lie, this video brings sorrow to my heart, and tears in my eyes, even though I know how it ends. When I first watched this, my subconscious did notice that the beginning of this lore video, has some parallels to your real life's past, beyond your V-tuber identity, as you said on stream. The beginning of this lore video is too specific to be spontaneously created with zero past experiences drawing inspiration from.
Also, for those unaware while watching this video, why the girl she saved left something behind for the dead body, it's a common tradition in Japan, to leave "offerings" for those who have left this world of the living. Usually it's food set at the grave of the deceased, but it can be anything, not just food. Each time one of my cats die here at my home, we typically leave offerings for them as per Japanese tradition. Offerings that typically have some meaningful moments with the dead. Like one of our cats who really loved some sort of cloth-based thing that belonged to my stepdad (I cannot remember if it was a shirt or blanket, it was a very long time ago), and would rest on it frequently in her life, so, we long ago buried her with that beloved item. Also, fyi, if you leave food as the offering to the dead, if you pick it up and eat it, it's believed you'll be cursed for doing so. Never disrespect the dead, especially if they were someone you cherished so greatly.
My family is all too familiar with those who we care about so much, dying. Still hits like a truck of emotional suffering whenever it happens though...
