Well, I would say Visaranai was a toned down torture, shot specifically for a commercial movie. But here, the director has literally taken the audience inside the lock-up and made them feel the torture.

Humanity goes beyond wealth, exterior appearance, education, status in society, etc etc. I feel so ashamed to call myself a human being - so much cruelty shown towards fellow humans. Society must change. Showing compassion and care for all living things goes a long way. We came empty handed and we will leave in the same way. None of the tangibles that we have accumulated in this lifetime will follow us after death except for the good and bad deeds done by us.
