Wish you could be drafted high and be a star like Harper or trout. Or at least have that option. Some people find it more fun when your player can be a “prodigy” Also with attribute caps. Wb vs righty specialist hitters. Like 99 con and 99 power vs right. But 75 con and pow vs left?
I get the idea of the new attribute allocation based on actual gameplay but I don't like that they put a literal cap on how good you can be in certain areas. Think it would've been much more reasonable to make it to where certain attributes grow faster than others. For instance, "Wizards" speed, contact, reaction etc traits grow faster than say power, clutch, etc. That's not to say a speed guy can't eventually grow into a decent power hitter or a power hitter can't gain some speed to be able to steal 10-15 bags a year. This cuts the potential of created players to make them one dimensional
I agree with your points which go to further my claim. If having a cap on skills doesn't matter why have a cap at all. Your skills should grow according to how you perform in gameplay. But what they've done is put a literal cap on certain skill sets depending on what mold you choose, so my power of 65 won't exceed that even if during gameplay I keep hitting HR's, which should lead to improvement in power.
my opion is that they should make this, because people like me will enjoy playing realistic, but add a "Classic" mode for old school players who want like it the old way... i love games that make you choose a skill set. like skyrim, you choose a "Race" and based on that race you choose will determine what type of skills you have. the fact they are bringing RPG elements to RTTS is great imo. Change is not always a bad thing.
I'm with you. I like this better too. Think it's way more realistic than being able to get your player 99 everything. Just think it could be executed a little differently. I'm happy they introduced this tho
I like the idea of the automatic training point allocation but to cap certain attributes is not that realistic. I think of players like Jose Bautista who wasn't a power hitter his whole career but worked at becoming a power hitter. i think they should've used the cap breaker system like they used in 2k18 but i like the idea of a regressing player as age comes into play.
Nope. After 10 years they still don't have Rookie and A ball. Ridiculous. Even moreso for franchise not being able to put your draft picks in rookie ball for the half of the season after they are drafted. But hey we have retro mode and arcade bat flips.
Zachary Tuxhorn for me playing for the Spokane Indians would be awesome. Seeing avista stadium (where they play) would be awesome. It’s all about the experience. NHL did it with the smaller leagues
Ahn Henri they have definetly messed up the progression aspect of the game... damn near impossible to move up.. I don't understand... let me play the game the way I want to... I don't wanna grind for 3 years in the minors... this isn't real life!
Not entirely true, youre not able spend real money in order to further progress their rtts player BUT they are still pumping card packs like there is no tomorrow.
i understand the idea, and don’t hate it. But i also don’t like how they’ve basically gotten rid of the ability to become a mike trout. Like yeah, not everyone is mike trout, but that shouldn’t mean its literally impossible... I feel like they took a good idea too far and partially ruined it
occasional flexer wym? Never been a huge fan of baseball but I played MLBTS09 on PS2 and thinking about picking it up this year. Doesn't seem majorly different than back in the day
Not sure why you guys want to be 99 in all the attributes again this year. You experienced that in MLB 15, 16 and 17. The mode was getting boring because each time the created player was an unrealistic beast. Anyway they still should add an uncapped archetype to please everyone.
Or they should've used a cap breaker system like 2k18 did this yr. if you perform well in power hitting over time a certain amount of points earned should cap break power hitting (left or right) to which ever side you hit the most doubles, triples or home runs to. I mean i feel like yes it depends on the person controlling their created player archetype but i definitely think a cap breaker system should've been used in RTTS this yr Not every player should be a 99 overall but still should be able to cap break all their attributes as they play through the RTTS. Just my opinion
The mod was getting boring because there was nothing else to do. No story mode, no nothing. Players loved being able to create monsters on the diamond. If Mlb the show was going to take something from NBA 2k games, create a legit story mode that would carry you through the minors and at least the first year in the majors.
Well a story line would be awesome but I still think a cap breaker system would've been better and a lot more fun to play for. I have a player in 2k18 that's a 91 overall and might not ever reach a 99 but at least my game play dictates those points I played well in to be autoallocated to my player archetype
Changes I like: -the ability to start out with very high speed on certain archetypes. -the idea of player archetypes. Changes I don't like: -auto-point allocution. -that you're basically trapped in being a low round draft pick every time no matter how well you do in the Showcase games. Kinda makes the games pointless, really. -Max caps. I mean, I understand the idea behind them - at to be fair, I almost never make any of my attributes go up to 99 anyway - but I hate that I'm restricted against it. Overall I think these changes feel more restricting than anything. Part of what made RTTS so much fun was the freedom to literally do anything while still keeping the realistic feel of the game.
I mean, the training point system is actually closer to being realistic. The more you practice and play in certain situations the more better you'll perform. You mess up, choke, or whatever, the less you'll perform. Idk that's what I think of it and I'm very curious to play this new system out.
While I like the idea of the this upgrade system I hate it. I just like being able to put my points wherever. I also hate how low some of these caps are. This is disappointing, but much like what will happen with my White Sox there's always next year.
I'm okay with the change, I just hate them cutting down the options. If I just wanted to be a baseball Jesus, just let me select a character "archetype" that's 99 overall. You don't have to worry about micro transactions, or equipment, or anything like that. These games work best as simulators and simulating the career of the GOAT in everything should be available. There's no shame in that, neither does it take away anything from the people that took the time to build a late round draft pick into a hall of famer
geraldo v so then you level your guy realistically, not capping any attributes gives you the option to make an all around BEAST, or make a realistic player who’s not 99 in every category. Capping attributes forces you to play a certain way. End of the day it’s really not a huge deal, I’ll still consider buying it at a sale like I usually do, all I’m saying is this change doesn’t make sense to me and seems like a step backwards.
I would like the ability to turn off the new development system before starting a new RTTS. That way we can choose what kind of career we want. If you want to be able to make a 99 guy, turn it off. If you want it realistic, leave it on. Options are always a good thing.
Training points were literally the most unrealistic thing and were beyond boring. This system is way better but there should be an archetype for those ppl who like to be completely unrealistic about how good a player can be and make him all 99's.
I’m already looking forward to the changes made. Definitely makes RTTS more sim and adds more importance to be consistent and perform well in your games. I don’t have an issue with certain attribute caps. This also adds to the realism and makes you focus on your archetype, and what areas you decide to train in. And no micro-transactions😳👍🏼 (Imagine if 2K made changes like these to MyPlayer)? 🤔
My only true issue here is that my 99 player from 17 is going to have his attributes pulled down. Not a fan of that at all. Feels like my work is being unfairly reduced.
All Starz I plan on it but I want to bring my 99 guy to 18 without his attributes going down because of the caps. No problem making the game more realistic, but I had to grind to get him there and now it’s all for no reason. It’s disappointing honestly.
I like the idea of dynamic player development but how will it work when our player hits a slump??? If we only improve when we excel, what happens when you go on those 3 for 18 or 5 for 20 slumps? Will it just continue to decrease and decrease to the point where we can't improve anymore? I like the idea, but I think it would work better in Madden or on a basketball game like 2K. It isn't as easy to succeed in baseball as it is in football or basketball.
I was aware that they were going to do away with the training points, so the big minus is that you have to say good-bye to speedy call ups to the majors, which means your player could stay in the minors for several years before they can be called up. The plus is (ironically) is that you have to waste your money on training points. The other plus is that you can choose your category of player. It's worth a shot. I mean my player is already in the majors (and is since the first season). Though, I think it's a good idea to keep MLB 17 so you can speed up the process in getting to the majors.
At first I wasn't sure about not having training points and having attribute caps, but with the focus training and dynamic attributes I'm liking it now
I am interested but I believe the caps can be higher. I believe if you are a first base man you should have at least 70 speed. That's not good but not bad. Also if you are a second base man such as Jose Altuve you can be very fast but at least make the power cap larger. I need to have fun while playing Road to the show. I understand they're trying to make it realistic but it might be too realistic if you get what I mean.
as someone who no longer has little kid reflexes this archetype system is off putting, I like being able to be a super 5 tool player. you need toggles for that kind of thing allow people to turn it off.
It‘ll now take till next MLB the Show to get your RTTS into the big leagues. As a european i couldn‘t care less about playing Minor Leagues. Plus: They fixed a system, that wasn‘t broken.
They going almost the same way as NBA 2K & I don't like it, no more training points to apply to your player, Stats caps? If it was a online mode I would understand the stats caps but Road to the show is a offline mode, ain't cheating or nothing. In my opinion this kinda ruin the mode a lil bit, I like they try to not bring out the same ol' concept every year, but I think it limits the fun in the mode
I wasn't able to finish the video, did they mention what happens if you don't play the base running situations? Does it auto adjust stealing and base running?
Why are people hating on the changes? Maxing out a player is fun, but it eventually gets very boring. Basing overall off of actual in game skill makes more scene for a simulation game then the original progression system. Not to mention, we are actually witnessing a development studio abandon micro transactions... like thats pretty big...
Ive had a year to year save RTTS since 2014. Why do we need the caps? Now once I take my guy into 18 hes going to get worse? Great job. For sure keeping my RTTS on 17 until he retires.
I really hope it's not like FIFA. Where you have to grind out on super easy to get your stats up. I like playing on HOF mode, hopefully it's a system where the harder the difficulty the better the reward. I REALLY hope they didn't screw that up
My RTTS 3rd baseman I've had since The Show 16 started as a 49 overall and drafted in 5th round. I grinded and didn't even know micro transactions existed in this game. In my most previous season with him I hit a new career high 254 homeruns. The fact I earned the stats with him and made him perfect just for him to get nerfed is bull. My centerfielder is a 99 but he's not perfect across the board, nor is my pitcher who's a 99. It's not cool to punish players who worked for what they achieved. Put in an option so players can choose whether or not to have this stupid archtypes on or off.
I know basically nothing about these games but if you're gonna have stat caps wouldn't it be better to have a way to raise the caps. So if you have a bad bunting cap and if you get on base however many times the cap would raise. It would give you an incentive to try and do things that your player is bad at. Just a thought
I like the idea, but I wish the caps could be a bit higher. Or have it harder in certain attributes to be harder to improve if it’s not part of your archetype vs a cap.
I think people forget that certain attributes like Plate Vision, or Plate Discipline don't matter because the user controls those things. So there will be points goin towards these things that aren't even relevant to the user.
My most hated thing in any game is an artificial level or attribute cap. I love turning my guy into the best player or fighter or whatever alive. That's the fun part to me. Glad I watched this before buying the game because now I'm not going to
You guys talked about getting a slowdown to field infield balls. Is the game also gonna remove those outfielding opportunities where you're just watching someone hit a homer over your head?
If you were to go 1-3 every single game of your career you would be a hall of famer. In this game your contact rating would eventually hit 0 if I'm hearing this correctly. Also, if you are say a 30 contact against RHP, how are you ever supposed to be successful enough to raise it??
I really like the idea of these archetypes. Tbh I lose replay value in road to the show when i see other guys hit like 120 homers in a season and it just doesn't feel realistic to me and I really like the idea that it's being shaved down into a much more realistic-based mode and I'm excited for that. And I really really like that you can improve yourself by actually improving on your attributes in game as opposed to just randomly putting them on things just to not have them decrease after a couple months. I like the realism approach they're taking to it. I might not like the attribute cap as much but I think it won't be a big issue if you don't mind realism.
What the hell. I played a whole season and got the 25 focus training with teammates things but the “one really awesome one in the off season” didnt happen. So now my player is the exact same rating on opening day as he was 6 months ago... now I’ve run out of focus training so my players caps can’t get up to the max caps... WHYYYYY
I still enjoy this concept. Not every thing can be perfect. I actually like it. But there is a few flaws. I still want real minor league stadiums and more minor league teams. But SDS has done a really good job and looking forward for MLB the show 18
hate that i cant bring my 17 player to 18 because of the simple fact that i always want to experience all the new things road to the show brings every year
What is he talking about? Has this guy even played his own game? I have to go 4 for 4 with 2 Home Runs just to earn 140 training points which isnt even enough to upgrade some of my stats by a single point. And my highest stat is speed and that’s at 80. He makes it sound like we’re earning 1,000 points a game and each upgrade only costs 5 points. More like 80-100 points per game and 250 points per upgrade.
I'm really surprised they went the 2k route with player archetypes after the beating that 2k took for making that move. I'm not a fan of the idea in general. I do understand the idea of not wanting players to be able to be a 99 in everything, but there has to be a better way of doing it. Personally i think it completely ruins what was an incredible game mode. Players can have an extremely diverse skill set in real life too, and this just doesn't allow that. Not being able to individually allocate skills is also terrible. It really brings down the amount of customization you have with your player. The caps on skills based on player type stinks too. There just has to be a better way to make it a little bit harder than what they have done
24th rounders usually don’t even get signed, let alone go straight to double A ball lmao. Also, if I play as a catcher, I really hope there’s only key moments. I honestly hate having to call pitches behind the plate. Also I like the performing to earn stats. Way more realistic to me.
The move to not allow one to use points as on sees fit just convinced me not to get this game. The show developers should've thought this out more critically
I'm liking some of the new RTS changes but I would like to be the one in control of my points where I want to put them. Also on replays where you did a steal to 2nd, there was no replay because it wasn't close. I'm suggesting user given full replays the user can do like NBA live 18 does where you can do a replay yourself when you want to by pressing down on the stick instead of the game deciding when to show them.Anytime on either side any play. Something to think about in the future MLB series. Also I would like to be the one deciding whether to switch my batting stance instead of the game doing it for me if I'm a switch hitter.
This game isn’t being marketed to the people that want to be 99 in every category and be an unrealistic baseball God. It’s being marketed to the people that want a baseball career sim that is as realistic as possible for a video game. That’s what the show has advertised itself as. I can want a rich and in depth story mode in COD with great voice acting and such but that’s not who the target audience is for COD, it’s the online players. You have to realize that the devs have to make decisions about what they want to do with a game and they will go with what suits their target audience best.
RTTS Looks great but if I buy MLB18 then I will be tempted to start a new diamond dynasty team and the money I spent on packs in 17 is pretty much a waste at this point. There should be a way to transfer your diamond dynasty players over to the new edition. If not then I will stick with 17
Only thing I don't like is if I choose a "bat first" or "power corner" my speed will be trash. Also I feel like rtts should have incorporated a story mode similar to NBA 2k if people thought making your player 99 at everything was boring. A cap system is good with a NBA game but I'm not sure it would work with rtts.
I like this idea. It's confused me in the past when I'm trying to create a base stealing character and I couldn't start with high speed. There is that old saying "you can't coach speed". It's either something you have or don't. I saw now if I pick "the wizard" I should start with 90 speed and a max of 99. Sounds good.
I like the idea of capping attributes, but not for baseball. In NBA live it would be unrealistic to have a 7' centre with 99 spd and 99 dribbling who is a knock down 3-pt shooter. in baseball, however, a 6'1 230 lb guy can hit 30+ HRs and steal 30+ bases. Regardless of the players size he can be a 5-tool player.
Kinda weird that you can *only* go in late rounds. Why go from one extreme to the other? Why not just expand the pre-draft game play and make it wide open, anywhere from round 1 through round 50
This progression system is exactly what I want from NBA 2K. No more freaking VC, everyone starts at 60 in the park and has to grind their way to the top one shot at a time.
Its conflicting. I like the way you earn points but i hate that skill cap stuff. While you do want to create that realistic vibe to the game at the same time i want to be that 99 everything player and dominate. Why cant you be the next Mike Trout? He was not born with an archetype.
You are able to still use the boosts from in-game equipment to go past the max caps, but otherwise I tend to agree. I don't have this concept but I'm not particularly thrilled about it either.
I hate this. I've bought every MLB The Show from 2011-2017 and this year I'll pass. I don't want a game where my "talents" are pre-determined by the developer. I'm sick of hitting comebackers at a pitcher who gets hit in the head with a 116 mph ball and still fields it to throw me out at first. I'm sick of bad baserunning animations that screw me out of an additional base. I'm sick of those stupid fake stretches where every single hit is a line drive to shortstop who throws me out at 1st. I'm sick of popping it up the elevator shaft for the catcher to just look straight up and catch it for the out 8 at bats in a row. They ignore this nonsense and instead decide to force caps on my development. Freaking stupid and misguided.
I like the idea of a change, but the attribute system will be very hard. If you play on a tough difficulty, then even if you hit .300, that will still be two fails for every hit, meaning two minuses for every plus. That doesn’t seem right. Also, if you are playing a position like 2nd base where it is a short throw to first, how will you ever upgrade you throwing strength? There are certain flaws, but I like the idea of a change. Can’t wait for the game!
Love most of the changes but I think it's completely stupid that you can't get drafted in the first 10 rounds (not to mention the first) no matter how well you do before draft day.
What do you think of the changes coming to MLB The Show 18?
It's baseball
GameSpot I think they're great!
Good stuff from last years as it refreshes the game instead of the same old rehash stuff and will be fun to play
Is it impossible to be drafted in the first rounds now? You say it like it’s impossible but there still has to be a first overall pick
I get the idea of the new attribute allocation based on actual gameplay but I don't like that they put a literal cap on how good you can be in certain areas. This cuts the potential of created players to make them one dimensional
not at all. Wizard still has 65 power with 99 speed.. a skillful player can get 30 HR with 65 power. thats the route i will be using.

Justin Dunning Yea i would love to have A ball in not only RTTS but Franchise too, i hate how players in A dont develop in Franchise
Single A ball would be so much fun
Lots of people just want to get to the top and A ball would make it take a lot longer

For real...
Dreadedscoper clever with the words
Not entirely true, youre not able spend real money in order to further progress their rtts player BUT they are still pumping card packs like there is no tomorrow.
yeh bit misleading, can still buy packs and pre orders provide stubs
you could just choose not to pay lol
i understand the idea, and don’t hate it. But i also don’t like how they’ve basically gotten rid of the ability to become a mike trout. Like yeah, not everyone is mike trout, but that shouldn’t mean its literally impossible... I feel like they took a good idea too far and partially ruined it
Zack Dicharry I agree
Zack Dicharry if enough people complain about it they could easily remove the caps. But I don’t see that happening
Well, let’s keep complaining so they will change it lol. This is BS!

Itll be a little weird because you see RHP way more than LHP. So everyones stats will be juiced for RHP
that's why lefty pitchers are better
My only true issue here is that my 99 player from 17 is going to have his attributes pulled down. Not a fan of that at all. Feels like my work is being unfairly reduced.

Avery Fossett then make a new character

Avery Fossett true I don’t like it either it’s like 2k
So just keep playing 17 for that RTTS save.
29:49 Look at number 39s batting gloves
I like the idea of dynamic player development but how will it work when our player hits a slump??? If we only improve when we excel, what happens when you go on those 3 for 18 or 5 for 20 slumps? Will it just continue to decrease and decrease to the point where we can't improve anymore? I like the idea, but I think it would work better in Madden or on a basketball game like 2K. It isn't as easy to succeed in baseball as it is in football or basketball.
Reliablethreat no you can pay a fee to get out of the slump ;)
Can we use sliders still 😂
Can you skip the garbage in between or is it going to be like 2k where there are times where it takes close to 30 minutes in between games?
swilliams21231 I think it will be like last year. Wasn’t that bad, not like 2K long ass cuts scenes you can’t skip
If your a sp then do you get the 2x every time your starting or still the game that you don’t pitch
So basically, attributes are pointless in rtts cause if your contact is 25 how tf are you supposed to get hits and improve it smh
Though, I think it's a good idea to keep MLB 17 so you can speed up the process in getting to the majors.
how does this work with pitchers and increasing velocity, break, control on their pitches?
You should be able to choose what kind of attribute system you want to use
TheBajanboy101 totally agree
Hell nah. I actually like this. No more of my friends coming to me telling me they got 180 rbis in a season with 80 homeruns
I wasn't able to finish the video, did they mention what happens if you don't play the base running situations? Does it auto adjust stealing and base running?
anything that is ismmed in RTTS will only net you half the progression points.
Cool thanks
I dig the way Ramone constantly shouts out his team. That's a boss you want to work for.
Dodgerfilms is going to have alot of fun with this!!
He's an idiot.
Bryan Russell bullshit.
Dodgerfilms/Bobby Crosby is an idiot
George Mollohan you are a moron.
Heyooooo!! Good 1!!
Isn’t going to take forever to get to the point where you feel like your guy is actually good? STILL wayyyy better than NBA 2K so thank you for that
Ryan Drzewiecki facts lol
as long as they dont ruin it like 2k has then i think itll be fine lol
I thought the same thing
There is still rookie and beginner difficulty in the game though
2k used to be good...like 6 years ago lol
Why are people hating on the changes? Maxing out a player is fun, but it eventually gets very boring. Basing overall off of actual in game skill makes more scene for a simulation game then the original progression system. Not to mention, we are actually witnessing a development studio abandon micro transactions... like thats pretty big...
Does the camera automatically switch to the scoring runner or can you do that on the fly
Ive had a year to year save RTTS since 2014. Why do we need the caps? Now once I take my guy into 18 hes going to get worse? Great job. For sure keeping my RTTS on 17 until he retires.
what is the really awesome training in the offseason i haven't had one yet and I've played 8 seasons (mostly simmed)
Why pre-determine where you are drafted? One of the best parts of these types of modes is the initial tests to determine where you go.
I really hope it's not like FIFA. Where you have to grind out on super easy to get your stats up. I like playing on HOF mode, hopefully it's a system where the harder the difficulty the better the reward. I REALLY hope they didn't screw that up
Marshall Benjamin another dude who doesn’t like a challenge
Ludwin Lopez I like a challenge but I don't want to hit CAP just before I retire.
I like the archetypes but at least let us allocate our own skill points.
I like the idea, but I wish the caps could be a bit higher. Or have it harder in certain attributes to be harder to improve if it’s not part of your archetype vs a cap.
How are the stubs going to work?
I think people forget that certain attributes like Plate Vision, or Plate Discipline don't matter because the user controls those things. So there will be points goin towards these things that aren't even relevant to the user.
Ok so when go to rtts there no playing with rtts in mlb the show 17 I can’t bring him back
Yes or no
The camera improvements will definitely get me to use player lock more in season and franchise.
Are you guys gonna make spring training stadiums look like they actually they look like
My most hated thing in any game is an artificial level or attribute cap. I love turning my guy into the best player or fighter or whatever alive. That's the fun part to me. Glad I watched this before buying the game because now I'm not going to
10:27 That is not unheard of confidence. In 1932 there was this guy by the name of Ruth
AverageMike why do you care what other people do in a single player mode?
Why does it matter if someone does in a offline single player mode?
In this game do u have to have PlayStation plus to get gear like mlb the show 17?
where do i get the pic in the back
what they "forgot" to mention: only adding pitches at specific points in the game, no choice in pitches you can add and you cannot EVER remove a pitch
But SDS has done a really good job and looking forward for MLB the show 18
hate that i cant bring my 17 player to 18 because of the simple fact that i always want to experience all the new things road to the show brings every year
the computer always hits it to you?
I like the archetype system. Hate that I can’t decide where to upgrade though.
Wyatt F. That's what I'm saying bro. Plus I didn't see any of the new "hundreds" of animations
Is the Closer going to get ANY love in this year's game?
Can you still upload your player from last year. Mine is 99 everything so it doesn't matter if I can do this
Mr.J 21 yes you can but you have to pick a archetype and depending on your archetype your weakness attributes would decrease
CoolGuyTy Thank you
Can I pick what team I play for? I wanna play on my favorite team not a random one.
24th rounders usually don’t even get signed, let alone go straight to double A ball lmao. Also, if I play as a catcher, I really hope there’s only key moments. I honestly hate having to call pitches behind the plate. Also I like the performing to earn stats. Way more realistic to me.
Some people are saying only hard and legendary what difficulties will the game be in like rookie and beginner or just hard
The move to not allow one to use points as on sees fit just convinced me not to get this game. The show developers should've thought this out more critically
Whenever mark asks russel a question he always ignores it
I'm liking some of the new RTS changes but I would like to be the one in control of my points where I want to put them.
TheTexan8888888888 so they dont have the power to have both options? Its a stupid way of pretending that they did something new this year.
Mister Gimmick no they can’t do both because building two systems costs two times the money
its a simple option button that could be built in 10 minutes tops
Also new choosing what role is dumb. 99% of everyone will take power hitting. Let us put points where we want. They literally ruined the entire game.
no micros....but there are packs? and the pre-orders give stubs the more the pre order is, still sounds like micros to me
I like this idea.
Why not just expand the pre-draft game play and make it wide open, anywhere from round 1 through round 50
can u not control your player on the bases?
This progression system is exactly what I want from NBA 2K. No more freaking VC, everyone starts at 60 in the park and has to grind their way to the top one shot at a time.
Is that 60 FPS just because he's using a PS4 pro or is it better optimized this year?
I like it, but it'll be harder to get home run power if you like to field mainly.
Will there be a rookie and beginner difficulty in the game
Rant Gaming yes
Joey Brown thank you
No bro only hard and legendary
Ludwin Lopez i dont think that is true? Is it really
Ludwin Lopez some people saying there will be rookie
Its conflicting. I like the way you earn points but i hate that skill cap stuff. While you do want to create that realistic vibe to the game at the same time i want to be that 99 everything player and dominate. Why cant you be the next Mike Trout? He was not born with an archetype.
You are able to still use the boosts from in-game equipment to go past the max caps, but otherwise I tend to agree.
I don't have this concept but I'm not particularly thrilled about it either.
I think RTTS players need to be able to be shifted on when they only get pull hits, that would be a realistic aspect.
why can't I have 99 speed and 99 power? I want triples with one hoppers while also maintaining a 90+ HR season
But I like my 5 tool player
Stat caps ruined NBA 2K and it'll ruin RTTS too. Was gonna buy this but won't be now.
What happened to Replay challenge???
how about revamping diamond dynasty? Online play? Who plays rtts?
Love most of the changes but I think it's completely stupid that you can't get drafted in the first 10 rounds (not to mention the first) no matter how well you do before draft day.
I just don't understand why they think innovation means limiting in what you do..... isn't that the opposite of innovation, limitation?
I fucking hate the changes in Road to The Show
