Skiathos Achladies Beach Greece May 2024

This Vlog is designed to both guide and inspire visitors and foodies alike when in Skiathos ,and hopefully like us experience their great beaches and taste their local Mediterranean cuisine. We wanted to eat the Octopus at the Octopus Restaurant on Achladies Beach and return by water taxi.

Good morning and thank you for your feedback. Yes we would recommend Skiathos , however, this is a quieter Island with great views and public transport, the down side is the walk up the hills to your accommodation, and some places still have hard mattresses, so there is a trade off. It is worth visiting Skiathos main town day or night and staying somewhere along the cost. We arrived with Jet 2 and found it very amicable .The sea was lovely.
