Now, imagine missing that 1 bus and being delayed because of this inefficient and confusing transfer system. It's an example of how poorly organized processes can make an already stressful travel experience even worse - the worst airport in Southeast Asia

Why is it very difficult to fill up the etravel form? I have spent almost 4 hours filling it up and yet every time I submit it says incomplete or be sure to fill in the form correctly. One of the issues I had difficulty is the Flight number of the airline I am boarding. I verified the flight number from the airline (Delta Airlines) to make sure I had the correct flight number. But when I fill it up on the etravel form, it says I have to fill in the correct flight number. Another issue is the address of the residence I would be staying in the Philippines. I know my address but again when I input it in the form, it is not accepted. I am beginning to think that this is deliberate on the part of the Philippine government agency in charge of this so that when we arrive in the Philippines it will be a source of income for some unscrupulous fixers. I hope I am wrong. My flight is on January 4, 2025 and I am trying to accomplish the form January 2, 2025. That is well within the 72 hours they say that we have to accomplish the form.
