I was just searching your videos yesterday for ankle stuff. Your an answer to prayers, this is just what I needed. I’m working on my right ankle but I also measured my left since I had foot surgery on that years ago, wow, only about 2in on that one but never had issues with it.
I gotta try this. I walked 2400 miles last year and 2000+ this year. My l ankle has had 2 sprains and it doesn't flex well. I think some arthritis is causing pain. I'll roll on a pipe which helps. I know 2 ppl who had ankle surgery. I think they could have avoided that but not sure.
