Is it because game for peace has a different mechanism compared to global or is it because they play more FPP than TPP? Just curious.

Go in training ground and try to trace something without opening scope ( u can do some movements to make it more better ) if it shakes a lot you should lower your sensi and if it's not moving well increase it ( I hope ur a gyro player)
