She should be facing the sack for lying about her oath.
So....she does her senatorial job for free? Surely someone who is so against "colonialism" and all that it represents, would never accept any sort of payment, gratuity, allowance, 'perk', associated with a government senate position???
How a senator can behave like so, if that was a public member it would be jail time or charged for public nuisance.
She cross the line...there is a proper chanel to express private views..First nation is a bigger problem..She should address this issue...

Dutton makes some good points regarding the system we have. We should learn more about this, the history, in particular the origins of the Magna Carta and it's enduring influence.
We need to learn how it came about that the Monarch had no power over the people, no longer able to raise armies and start wars against their cousins etc. W
We need to learn why the monarchy was reinstated and what happened that led to this. Knowing this could help our decision making process before we go full on Republic Call. Especially since the Premiers played their role as elected Heads of Their States so very poorly and now the Thorpe factor piles on.
The history should teach us, as it does with the Indigenous aboriginal, the really original culture, the stories that have survived and passed down through the elders and the offspring who have proved themselves worthy of office through initiations.
Yes, we should learn about the indigenous history and experiences, also VERY important, but in a way that invites understanding that it is ALL our history when we walk this land, it becomes part of us. It is wise to know the consciousness that makes up the matter of the land on which we walk.
Balance and respect required.
