Great video. I forget that if it was in City or Knight, but some of the Goons will mention, "That freak from Metropolis." Clearly hinting at Superman and that some of the goons seem to be afraid to say his name. I wouldn't be too surprised if Batman has told the Leauge to stay away from Gotham and that he doesn't need help (even though he has a whole family). Let's not forget that Bruce didn't talk to anyone after Jokers and Talias's death, according to Oracle. So it's possible that he cut contact with the league before Knight. That's my explanation, at least.
It could be Superman or probably lex Luther because they did say that but they also said you know what this city is missing then proceeds to say that freak from Metropolis. So I think they could’ve been talking about probably lex luthor because it makes sense to me because why would they say Superman is missing like they wanted him to be there?
I like to think now that Superman wasn’t in the Arkham series since he was too busy helping the Justice League fight threats like Darkseid or Yellow Lanterns
Understanding this world overall, especially from what I've seen of the SUICIDE SUICIDE trailer, this universe seems "dirty" and somewhat dark even in metropolis everything's so cluttered I do feel like the league does exist but other members like zatanna, Constantine,or even Ted cord aren't members persay rather just other heroes that might be allies or just other heroes doing there own thing I honestly wanna see green arrow or the teen titans in this world I just imagine Stephen Amell's Arrow in this world lol.
dont forget that supes and bats are both pretty territorial with metropolis and gotham. it takes some end of the earth level threat for either to get involved and even then they wait till the last second to ask for help
So Batman gets four games which makes since because it’s his universe The suicide squad get a game in that universe But nobody else gets a game The literally made multiple references to Superman and flash in arkham knight Give Superman a game

Maybe Bruce and the justice league had a falling out. Maybe they already went through the story line of Batman having protocols to beat the justice league and they kicked him out after one of the villains got hold of it. I forgot how the story line went but that’s the only explanation I can think of as to why no one helped Bruce
God I hate my brain. Everytime where I see question related to Arkhamverse, my mind draws a picture where in the end author ask "Is he stupid?" or "Are they stupid?".
Lex Luthor was NOT competant as president. he was able to con the people in the short term, but the deals he made nearly put the entire country in the crapper and would have destroyed the planet if he hadn't been deposed. to quote the animated movie: "Lex Luthor enjoys a 60% approval rating. Coincidentally, in a seperate poll, 60% of the populace has shown an prefrence for being f***ed with a red hot poker."
Also during arkham knight Jason said himself if anyone else came to gotham to stop their plans they would activate the bombs blowing up gotham so if any outside help came gotham would be explode.
Superman deals with otherworldly threats. My guess is that the rest of the JL were in space somewhere dealing with it while Diana was back in Themiscyra dealing with her own thing and Batman is doing Batman things.
From what i remember in the comics, batman gets pretty pissy when Clark interferes with stuff happening in gotham even if its q wellness check for his buddy so maybe out of respect he trusts bruce knows what he is doing.. for better or worse
One of my favorite things about the Arkhamverse is the fact that they acknowledge other DC properties and that Batman isn’t the only superhero in the world. But he’s the only one the games focus on because these are BATMAN games, not Justice League games. They don’t force in cameos from Superman or the Flash, they just have subtle dialogue that’s very easy to miss. Like in Arkham Knight you can hear a Militia thug say “I’d rather invade Gotham than Keystone, at least I can see Batman coming” which is a reference to the Flash. Or when a survivor at the GCPD says “So Batman is Bruce Wayne? That’s unbelievable! Next you’re gonna tell me that Superman is a janitor, no, even better, that he’s a reporter at the Daily Planet or something!”. They literally just name dropped Superman. These small lines of dialogue confirmed to us, that other DC characters exist in the archon universe. But they’re not important to the story, so why focus on them? The focus is solely on Batman and his story, but stuff is going on outside of Gotham. It’s just not important.
Ask WB ....who at the time could care less about superman..those mere Easter eggs mean nothing...he wasn't a priority..allegedly Rocksteady wanted to make a superman game but WB said no
I’d just assumed that it’s a coordinated attack on multiple fronts to try and take down the JL, we’re just seeing Batman’s fight not the other league members
People are always saying it's so incredible that Arkham Batman can 100% his games his a single night, but if that's the case one has to wonder how impressive Arkham Flash would be. Putting Barry/Wally in City or Knight, considering all the close calls Bats has with his villains, he'd probably be done in maybe an hour at most.
Superman has always been written to have been active a year or so before Batman to reflect their comic debuts, Superman in 1938 and Batman 1939. In Batman Year One they make a small reference to Superman.
I imagine Superman laying down some pipe on Lois and passing out early watching Halloween movies then waking up to find out the events of Arkham Knight happened.
I have a feeling that Superman probably already fought Doomsday and was killed because in one of the DLCs in Arkham Knight a thug asks if Batman is really dead even saying “if I had a dollar for every time one of those freaks came back from the dead” hinting that some heroes have died and came back
Since every Arkham game plot happens in one single night (a different night for each one), that newspaper notifying about the meteor shower over Smallville is enough justification for me. Superman was in space dealing with that danger. He can't just punch the meteors because that would cause debris and generate an even bigger threat, he would need to carefully push them away from Earth.
i have to ask, where does your channel banner come from? i know its dan mora's dawn of dc art but i've never seen the full spread of characters. is there a source?
the reason why superman didn't help in arkham knight because after disarming the first bomb the arkham knight says he will blow gatham to hell if anyone outside of gotham tries to help batman
honestly kinda surprised Superman didn't try to come to Gotham to help with Scarecrow. or at least try to contact Batman about it and Batman had to tell him to stay away due to the militias hellbent intent on keeping anyone from the outside from helping
Watched them, I thought they were great, a breath of fresh air getting an actual bright and colorful Superman again. I may do a video on it, no plans though
@2:00 I always attributed the Arkham circumstances to mini No Man’s Land-like arcs. In NML, Superman - careful not to step on Bruce’s toes - is constantly checking in on Gotham after the devastating earthquake. Also, Lex was responsible for the earthquake in NML, another tie-in. @7:16 A Trump reference? The goon mentions how he said the right thing about Illegal Aliens, lol. Maybe it’s a plot-hole or plot-device, but Superman’s involvement depends on the writers. As the Arkham games evolved, i thought the addition of a playable Superman in an Arkham sequel would’ve been great. You could swap between Batman and Superman like the characters in GTAV.
everyone talk about superman, but they forgot about the Flash, Green Lantern, Wonder woman and Martian Manhunter are in it as well. imagine if the Martian help by mind swiping scarecrow out? or the flash just check the entire Gotham for Scarecrow in 2 seconds? realistically Arkham could have been out of trouble in a few minutes if Batman allow anyone else to help.
I feel like Unreal 5 has the potential to actually give us a decent Superman game. Although, it would be a disservice to the character to make it similar to the Arkham games. Supes isn't a detective (Although he is a competent journalist), he's a powerhouse. The superman games would function better using games like the DragonBall franchise as inspiration rather than Batman games.
I feel like DC is having a hard time with the Movie Universe but that can definitely corner the DC Game market give everyone there own game and have them come together for a Justice league unlimited game
I think at some point since events became all over the news the league knew and attempted to help but batman told em not to due to fear toxin and how powerful the members are and cant risk the possibility of em bein exposed

@@Toastfreak the other members of the league not showing up makes sense since none of them are as close with Bruce but Clark and him are like brothers so him not showing up or not being in the epilogue you know where Bruce identity is shown to the whole world is just a plot whole
@@ajthejedi2958 My only nitpick from here is that Robin called the League to help with failsafe and Superman just arrived first so he wasn't on lookout at all.
The thing I loved about Batman Arkham Knight I loved about it. It was so many Easter eggs in the game just had to pay attention!
When i was struggling in Batman Arkham Knight and City i was like where is Superman and Supergirl when you need them the most
Great video.
It was AK😎
It could be Superman or probably lex Luther because they did say that but they also said you know what this city is missing then proceeds to say that freak from Metropolis. So I think they could’ve been talking about probably lex luthor because it makes sense to me because why would they say Superman is missing like they wanted him to be there?
Arkham Origins sequel where Batman and Superman encounter for the first time!!!!
I like to think now that Superman wasn’t in the Arkham series since he was too busy helping the Justice League fight threats like Darkseid or Yellow Lanterns
The bomb’s payload is exposed. I can use the power winch to trigger a controlled explosion.
WWWW
Understanding this world overall, especially from what I've seen of the SUICIDE SUICIDE trailer, this universe seems "dirty" and somewhat dark even in metropolis everything's so cluttered I do feel like the league does exist but other members like zatanna, Constantine,or even Ted cord aren't members persay rather just other heroes that might be allies or just other heroes doing there own thing I honestly wanna see green arrow or the teen titans in this world I just imagine Stephen Amell's Arrow in this world lol.
Arrow would be more interesting within a Arkham type game. Maybe Wonder Woman. But Superman is too OP.
From what i think the teen titans were formed and disbanded a long time ago because dick grayson is nightwing now.
dont forget that supes and bats are both pretty territorial with metropolis and gotham. it takes some end of the earth level threat for either to get involved and even then they wait till the last second to ask for help
No that's the complete opposite Clark calls in if he needs help like Bart even though he wanted Jay.
So Batman gets four games which makes since because it’s his universe
The suicide squad get a game in that universe
But nobody else gets a game
The literally made multiple references to Superman and flash in arkham knight
Give Superman a game
They should make a Green Arrow spinoff that takes place in the Arkhamverse.
Green arrow is also another heavily referenced hero. They could at least give is that if they can give us superman.
@@mrbobb1610 that could work
@@cruxwraithSuperman isn't that hard of a character to get right in a video game tho
@@cruxwraithYou keep bringing up a 24 year old game while also underestimating the technology that we have now.
He was evil in only 2 games and brainwashed in SS, so what? That doesn’t prove that his game can’t work like you think it does.
I wonder, since booster gold exists in this universe, does the Legion of Superheroes exist, and if so, have the meant and recruited a young superman to the future like in the comics
Well the suicide squad revealed that Bruce joined the league a few years after Arkham knight events
Great video ! I still hope one day we get an Arkham esque Superman game in the same universe
Great video bro 👍
Maybe Bruce and the justice league had a falling out. Maybe they already went through the story line of Batman having protocols to beat the justice league and they kicked him out after one of the villains got hold of it. I forgot how the story line went but that’s the only explanation I can think of as to why no one helped Bruce
nah gotham city would blow up if they helped him
God I hate my brain. Everytime where I see question related to Arkhamverse, my mind draws a picture where in the end author ask "Is he stupid?" or "Are they stupid?".
i really can't fathom why they thought a suicide squad game was he next step and not an actual justice league game
I am kinda mad but thankful they u Arkham knight Batman in the upcoming game but man the next Arkham game concept art of old man Batman looked cool
Like someone else said. The theory of superman just being asleep is amazing.
You can't argue that Superman slept during the Arkham Knight's night, scarecrow anounced his threat 1 day prior to the main events

thats Smallvile show easter egg that's iterally Smallvile from the show, i love it.
Smallville is just where Clark grew up.. the show’s title is just his… home town💀
@@gallagher7156 so ? Its still Smallville from the openning shot. No need for skull emojis.
Toyman is mentioned in the Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC, so I think that he's been around for some time as a supervillain😋
Video is really good keep it up 🔥
Crime never sleeps, but Superman does
Ask WB ....who at the time could care less about superman..those mere Easter eggs mean nothing...he wasn't a priority..allegedly Rocksteady wanted to make a superman game but WB said no
I’d just assumed that it’s a coordinated attack on multiple fronts to try and take down the JL, we’re just seeing Batman’s fight not the other league members
With their own respective villains? Or just scarecrow in each city?
He isn't exactly missing. He's mentioned multiple times throughout the series.
Great video, but I wanna poke a little fun. 4:50 Cripinite, Kryptonite that is all
The people who made the Batman, Arkham games, should really take a shot at making a superman game, even if it doesn’t take place in the Arkhamverse.
This game has been out for 8 years and I still never knew about that first name drop
"GET OUT OF MY CITY"
I want a SuperMan game and a Flash Game in the Rocksteady Universe
🤯 GREAT video!!
I have a feeling that Superman probably already fought Doomsday and was killed because in one of the DLCs in Arkham Knight a thug asks if Batman is really dead even saying “if I had a dollar for every time one of those freaks came back from the dead” hinting that some heroes have died and came back
Or Superman was like "Yeah he's got this".
i like to believe he's at his job sipping coffee
Clark went to bed early each of the four nights
They really should make games on heroes in the arkham verse set during or between the games explains why they don't get involved also
Hopefully we can get some Superman games
If they make a Superman Arkham style of game bro that would be insane
Since every Arkham game plot happens in one single night (a different night for each one), that newspaper notifying about the meteor shower over Smallville is enough justification for me. Superman was in space dealing with that danger. He can't just punch the meteors because that would cause debris and generate an even bigger threat, he would need to carefully push them away from Earth.
i have to ask, where does your channel banner come from? i know its dan mora's dawn of dc art but i've never seen the full spread of characters. is there a source?
The other spread of characters was a custom creation someone I work with made for me!
I think its time Superman gotten his own video game made by Rocksteady.
Bruce to Clark: “if I call you, it’s really bad”
I only have 20 minutes of RUclips heft for today so this BETTER be good
the reason why superman didn't help in arkham knight because after disarming the first bomb the arkham knight says he will blow gatham to hell if anyone outside of gotham tries to help batman
how would clark know that without bruce giving him the information

honestly kinda surprised Superman didn't try to come to Gotham to help with Scarecrow. or at least try to contact Batman about it and Batman had to tell him to stay away due to the militias hellbent intent on keeping anyone from the outside from helping
So what you think of the newDC Show, My Adventures with Superman?
Maybe you could do reviews on it or even do Easter Eggs videos.
Watched them, I thought they were great, a breath of fresh air getting an actual bright and colorful Superman again. I may do a video on it, no plans though
I watched it and am really enjoying it
@2:00 I always attributed the Arkham circumstances to mini No Man’s Land-like arcs.
These wouldn't be hard to believe espescially how many easter eggs you named!
everyone talk about superman, but they forgot about the Flash, Green Lantern, Wonder woman and Martian Manhunter are in it as well.
imagine if the Martian help by mind swiping scarecrow out? or the flash just check the entire Gotham for Scarecrow in 2 seconds?
realistically Arkham could have been out of trouble in a few minutes if Batman allow anyone else to help.
In the first game they say the bombs go off in Gotham if anyone interferes, assume same threat incity and the gas in the last one
He chilling un Bruce sends that 911 text
I feel like DC is having a hard time with the Movie Universe but that can definitely corner the DC Game market give everyone there own game and have them come together for a Justice league unlimited game
Correct me if I am wrong but it’s crazy to think of the Arkham batman being able to fight alongside the justice league
before suicide squad kill the justice league.
I think at some point since events became all over the news the league knew and attempted to help but batman told em not to due to fear toxin and how powerful the members are and cant risk the possibility of em bein exposed
Maybe Superman was busy with problems in Metropolis when Arkham Knight was happening.
There should be a super man Arkham game
Superman probably was in hiding or patrolling the planet
This is a great video
Batman and the wordds" Get out of my city" are like Butter on toast, EVERYONE know about it.
