American men always prefer fitted upper garments. Ugh. Personally, I prefer the Buzz Rickson. I purchased a Pea Coat from a surplus store some decades ago. It was new though I couldn’t say it was X military. Wool coat with anchor buttons. Very warm. Wore it for many years until I outgrew it. Cost £4.50!
The Buzz Rickson fits you way better! You look like a sardine in the Schott. One question: where did you read these are 100% wool? I read on some Japanese website's these are 90/10. I just ordered the 44 but the long version (with extra pockets on the bottom and a wool lining instead of cotton lining, model BR14146) based on this review (189cm, 90kg). Thanks!

To me is 100% wool the feeling and compared with Schott seems pure wool

This is a regular fit, and this is size 42 R. My height is 184 cm, my Chest is 112 cm, and my weight is 94 kg. 👍👍👍
