✧ Polyester waxed thread 1mm thick (you can use any other thread).
✧ Clip-on board (you can use a cork and some needles or also a flat surface and tape).
✧ Ruler or tape measure.
✧ Scissors

✧ 8mm or 10mm natural or synthetic bead.
✧ Earring hook
✧ 5mm ring (optional)

✦ WHAT IS MACRAME? ✦
It is the technique of creating weavings using decorative knots, "the art of knot tying".
Macrame is a word of French origin meaning "knot", which in turn derives from the Turkish word makrama, which in turn derives from the Persian word mikrama.... As you can see it is a very ancient art, in which only the hands are used to perform it.
People like the Persians and the Assyrians, more than 4000 years ago, had great mastery and used Macramé to decorate the edges of rugs with knotted threads. Later, the Arabs brought it to Europe and then the Europeans brought it to America. The typical Caribbean knotted hammocks were made with this technique.
Macramé has three basic knots: the half knot, the flat knot (or square), the cote knot (festoon, cavandoli or cord).... From these knots you can make more than 50 different variations!
🦋 A little bit about me and the channel 🦋
My name is Raquel, I'm from Barcelona, Spain. Since I was a little girl I always liked making crafts with thread: creating bracelets, necklaces, etc. intuitively, using the macramé technique without having knowledge about it yet. Some time ago I took up that passion again and started a craft project completely from scratch, in a self-taught and autonomous way, making macramé pieces and sharing them with everyone.
In my social networks I have always shared videos about how I make my pieces and many people have encouraged me to create this RUclips channel to share all my work so that you can encourage you to start this wonderful art and I will be here to accompany you.
The idea is that in this channel you can find all kinds of DIY tutorials to make bracelets, friendship bracelets, with waxed thread, Chinese thread, embroidery thread (cotton thread), etc.. You can also find necklaces, pendants, earrings, earrings, chockers, etc.
At the moment I will be uploading little by little and I will learn how to make the videos so that they look and sound good because I do not have many tools ....

Tengo cuentas de 6 mm y de 4mm que me podrías recomendar?
Para este pendiente las de 6mm como máximo, lo ideal son de 8mm o 10mm para que la piedra resalte pero con cuentas de 6mm también se puede hacer aunque quedará más pequeño
Quedan muy pequeños puestos en la oreja, no se aprecia el tejido, predomina la cuenta.

Es un modelo que queda así. Si desees que predomine el tejido podrías intentar haciendo más largo el arete o con otro modelo.

Con 5 hilos de 30 centímetros tienes más que suficiente... 😅

@@ReychelArtMacrameoui oui j’ai bien suivi mais j’ai pris des fils de 30cm que j’ai plié en 2 donc chaque brin une fois noué fait 15 cm et c’est trop court 😅 donc je me suis dit qu’à la base il faut couper 60 et non 30 . Merci en tout cas pour vos réponses 😊 belle journée
Sí entiendo lo que dices, pero con hilos de 30 centímetros doblados a la mitad te quedan 15 centímetros suficientes para hacer este modelo, incluso te sobrará hilo. Son muy pocos nudos los que hacemos con cada hilo!!!
